I’m so confused when I heard Nick is still 16 in the show? Shouldn’t he be 17 if they’re already looking at university options? This whole show taking place in the duration of less than a year is kinda wild. It feels like it’s been more than a year. But thats just me!
The little camera shake when Charlie shared his deep feeling adds to the intimacy of the scene and showed Charlie's nervousness. As the camera gets closer and closer to Charlie to build up the feeling, the shower noise faded away when he said the 3 words, then back again, just a great scene
The shower scene when kit actually slipped just makes it better , (yes i know it is scripted) just that they used the footage of kit slipping and not acting it out
Hi, I think it's great when some people write "I know it's just a script" in their comments. Hence the little mishaps like Nick being able to understand Charly's words through the door while the shower was running. Well Nick knew in advance what would be said. Nonetheless, it is very well done.
The moment we had all been waiting for, it didn't disappoint. Charlie has been bullied for so long, that so much of his confidence has been kicked out of him, he felt the only way to say I Love You to Nick, was through the bathroom door whilst Nick showered. Charlie Spring really needs all the happiness he can get in his life, and Nick will help him get it.
So true, which honestly makes it so brave that he said it first at all! Everyone keeps telling him "of course he loves you too" because it's so obvious to everyone but him, but it's not something Charlie can believe in his headspace until he hears it straight from Nick.
@@wavy6617 Joe is just superb this season. This is a young man, who only started acting properly with Heartstopper. I am still amazed at his talent for someone so young. What a wonderful young man, who has brought Charlie to the TV screen.
Nellie and Charlie looking at each other and Nellie looking so happy like she knows they are in love she’s just waiting for them to say it….it makes me start crying happy tears immediately 😅🥹
Just watched the first 4 episodes and it's already 5 times better than season 2. I like seasom 2 but the love and sacrifice this season felt more genuine and real. I just can't stop crying
Nick must have a remarkable hearing ability, to hear Charlie's soft voice through a closed door and over the white noise of the shower. That scene didn't make visual sense.
I rarely post on TH-cam videos, but I will post on this one. I am a 35-year-old married, gay man. I struggled with anorexia and bulimia in college, as well as self-harm. This show is life-saving for so many LGBTQ+ youth and I am so blessed to have lived to see this type of positive representation in media. While I think queer heartbreak stories are vital to show the challenges of being queer, I think a lot of what's missing in queer cinema is queer joy. This show is the epitome of queer joy. It shows young queer kids what a positive, loving, life-affirming, same-sex relationship looks like. Please renew this show for Season 4 already.
This was a great scene. However, I'm disappointed in the lack of screen time for Mr. Ajayi and Mr. Farouk. I was really looking forward to seeing their relationship develop this season, whereas they were reduced to background characters who didn't serve a purpose at all. This season should've been at least 12 episodes IMO.
@@siobhanr8192 girl hush. They were given more screen time last season. Why even bother putting them in a relationship if they're going to keep them in the background?
Mr. Ajayi and Mr. Farouk are only minor actors. Actually, the whole thing is about Nick and Charly. Sometimes he takes turns with his friends. In principle, the two school teachers no longer have any meaning.
This season 4 must be watched by everyone but i mean everyone, everybody whatever they are. For me it's 🥇👍and i'am 🤗 for that It's 😢 😭 and 😊❤ ❤️ at same time.
This season is very mature, considering that the actors / characters are growing up, it feels very real and natural 👏🏻

Omg yes love this scene!! Also absolutely LOVE HOW THEY MADE NICK FALL IN THE SHOWER I DIED 😂😂😂❤❤
Nellie was there, silently willing Charlie to say it. Dogs have so much love to give without even barking
Nellie was like if you don't say 'I love you, I am going to bite you'

this scene alone healed all of my trauma from the season 2 ending. the way i was screaming and kicking with joy
it's like seeing the book pages come to life..🥺❤🩹

This scene is perfect❤
it was so wholesome BUT THE FALL 😭😭😭😭😭🫶🏻
And the fact that in the take they used Kit actually fell, it wasn't acted out
You can tell Nick and Charlie don't pay the gas bill. They leave the shower running and the front door wide open all the time.
this scene was so cute!
loved this scene sm ❤
Nellie being like us, I LOVE THIS
I cannot WAIT for Trixie and Katya to react to this.
the shower tumble 😂
This scene is so wholesome and heartwarming and heart stopping (pun intended)
When filming season 3 began, Kit C was already 19 years old. These started in October 2023.

I start laughing when Nick falls in the shower!
I think we can all agree that this was the most anticipated moment of the season, maybe even the show❤ for the people who read the books!

It's a show about the teenagers so it makes sense that the teachers would be background characters
