GDP and overall economic growth has been consistently rising, we've largely recovered from the recessions of 2020 and 2022, and inflation has declined considerably. With regard to the debt, Donald Trump is the one who contributed eight trillion dollars to the national debt. It'll certainly take a long time to recover from the detriment that's created for us. Some states are indeed still struggling, but some responsibility at that point lay with state legislature when certain states are struggling economically while most of the country has, in fact, been better off than it was four years ago. But of course, people don't care about nuance until it benefits them.
Then if inflation is bad. Then how good is the economy?
