A variation that does sometimes happen at intermediate level is 1. d4 f5 2. Bg5 h6 3. Bh4 g5 4. e4 gxh4 5. Qh5# . It's not in 2 moves but it's a pretty quick way to lose in the spirit of fools mate.
For someone at his level to clearly enjoy teaching beginners is a truly admirable thing. I'm a very experienced player, but somehow I watched the whole video. :-)
