This game is extremely detailed and beautiful, I like it a lot. But it seems that the trailer never stops to re-fuel? or maybe I have missed that part. Nevertheless, very well designed.

Bro you don't need a mod.
You should buy a trailer. After the cargo delivery, you should not leave the menu and get new work. Your cargo will be loaded automatically.

hey im wondering, why it took you so long, when I play the same game, a hour only takes 3 minutes real life time, and I can do 2200 in 2 hours 5 hours being 15 minutes x 8 = 40 hours and also equals around 2 hours real life and 2000 miles so should have taken just over 2 hours, two and half max, I'm guessing you had to repair a couple times or went off suggested path to open other towns I guess ill see when I watch it

This is very variable. The timeline and scaling do not match.
Sometimes traveling 2 miles (especially in the city) can take 2 hours depending on the game time.
