You can't "learn" this. It's just a forehand underspin ball with extremely high arc and very high risk to fail at it.

@@esmolol4091 but adam does it so consistently and with such force it feels like he must at least have some cues hes thinking of when striking the ball aside from adding underspin. so this is just pretty much a ghost serve hit to the sky? i wish i could replicate this man

It's really just a very high backspin ball with the forehand.
What he really often does, is just sky lobbying from below the table and imparting either side/and/or back/topspin.

I used to play with my father and he was defeat me all the time, one time i trained about 6 hours with none stop and he couldn't defeat me any more for months then i stopped playing for about 2 years I couldn't defeat him any more.

The point at 3:55 should not go to the kid. If you look closely, right before he sits up after falling, he grabs the table to pull himself upright with his non-racquet hand. That's an automatic default point that should have been awarded to the opponent.
