I know the voltage is the problem since when I connect it to my laptop usb it works 4) the company I bought the wifi board from said I need to use this IP "192.168.1.1" and the port "8080" for video ... not recognized by an online app I used!!! any suggestions? is this the right IP? how do I know the right one? Your help is highly appreciated!!!!! Thanks!!!

I bought this on Amazon for $118.00. The Wifi board would not power up from the motor driver board. Very few of the pre-drilled holes matched the actual components. The PC user interface is also completely in Chinese. Quite possibly the worst video camera I have ever seen. Cost $56.00 in postage to return it to China. Lessons learned.
