Downgrade the embassy to that of the one that issues just visas. pak ambassadors get their kicks meeting Huriyat leaders, and Kashmiri separatists. 3. Do its best to put pak on FATF black list. China and KSA will still give them money, but they won't be able to use the regular banking channels. 4. Complete ban on any pak citizen to work or travel in India. First these things should be done immediately, then think about punishing pak.

In 2009, in Srilanka more than 1 lakhs tamil civilians including children and women, were killed by the Srilankan armed forces. India was also involved in this killings by providing wapens and military support to Srilanka. Even today, the Srilankan president who was responsible for this gets warm welcome by Indian government even if tamilnadu opposes it. This really hurts the tamilians around the world. Moreover, India is still saving Srilanka at the UN human rights councils whenever a resolution against Srilanka is brought by US and other western countries. So, the incident in Pulamaipithan proves that God exists. So, India should not support killings minorities in Srilanka. The one who weeds should harvest.
