Hi. The pan was from TK max it’s none branded but works a treat. It’s about about 30cm square fits perfectly. Sorry I couldn’t be more descriptive with the brand of the pan but it was about £20 but I’ve had it for years Please consider subscribing All the best Mat and Oliver
