I love how patient he is with kids. He can't abide fools who ought to know better, but he is really wonderful with kids and beginners. He doesn't talk down to them. This is some excellent parenting here.
I think its due to expectations and a high standard, but enough knowledge to know what to apply where. Trust that he can be difficult at times, but an amazing person to learn from.
He strikes such a lovely balance of patience, kindness, encouragement, love, respect, attention, and reassurance while still helping her learn. It's so beautiful to watch.
Outside of Hell's Kitchen type shows where the drama is overamped he's honestly quite kind - not mushy obvs but kind - to anybody who can't argue with him. Also see the way he treats waitstaff, and the prisoners in 'Gordon Behind Bars'.

Nothing better than staying at home learning how to cook with Gordon Ramsay on TH-cam, I just usually cook noodles, so I have to learn from Gordon, if I want to cook for my family. Frankly, I actually liked what he did, that could be a great reference for what I want to do in the kitchen.
As a french, i will never doubt Ramsay is a great chief.... but i raised one eyebrow when he associated this pear and goat cheese tartine with a Salad Niçoise. Out-of-subject, it's a complete savour and plate, not an association.
He once gave an interview where he talked about how he had to escape from his abusive father so he went from place to place and ended up in france (not by accident obviously). So it probably wasn't that nice
Well he didn't came from a rich family but Europe is easily accessible by bus or even walking so yea it's pretty easy for people in Europe to go anywhere in that area.
