Just an fyi on the lifting technique for those who are beginners: if you don’t rinse your brush in between swipes, you’ll end up depositing color where you want to lift the color out. Also, be careful of the amount of water in your brush because you may create a backrun (cauliflower/bloom, all the same thing)
Did you mention what paper you were using? If you did, I missed it and apologize. Beautiful work, as always. Aghhh! I struggle so much with loose-style painting. I adore the look of it but my perfectionist self seems to want to take over every time.
