How she did the “young love” background vocals sounded SOOOO similar to how she did her background vocals on “Don’t Stop Funkin 4 Jamaica.” You know the part where she sings “Don’t stop baby.” Those background vocals are very similar to this one.
At 6:26 I’m so happy to finally hear the lower vocal here!!!!! I can hear it in the song but it’s so far in the background I can’t hear the entire run!!!
But even the harmoies have harmonies! So 1 stem has like three Mariah's. Gosh, the attention she puts into her background vocals is insane. Never before heard the lower "driftiiiing" behind the "DRIFTIIIIIIIIIEEEEEENNNNGGGG" belt before. I mean even the whistles are harmonised!! Lord take me to the king.
