its an odd shape! we had it as a nursery to start but then decided to put our girls in together in the bigger room! ive seen people use it as an office, games room, walk in wardrobe and even a pets bedroom haha!
Congrats on the new home! Just a quick one...you wouldn't be able to remove the downstairs wc without getting approval. Building regs say new builds need to have a downstairs toilet in it. You might devalue your property/have a problem selling it on in the future if you went ahead and did this without proper consent (not sure if they would consent). You may find it useful having little ones anyway, from what I've seen from those who have downstairs loos and young children, the children use the downstairs loo all the time and it's convenient for guests as well. Sorry to put a downer on your plans, but thought you should know! ❤️
I know this sounds stupid but my home demo is tomorrow and I took a visit to the house today and noticed its still fenced off, garden, brick wall, and path still isn't completely built and finished... and looked through kitchen window and still is a mess and boxes everywhere. Does everything have to be 100% completed at the home demo?
Hi Great video we have bought a Souter and have 6 weeks left to moving in day 🤞 Dreading the snagging, did you get snags resolved straight away,we are contemplating paying an expert but they want £395,do you think it would be worth it x
Hey! Congrats on the house! Yes snags were 100% for when we moved in - which was 3 days after we had our demo! Was super quick. I guess if you want some accountability for it then you could pay an expert however I’d say persimmon did a fine job! :)
@@UKAdventuresinOrlando yeah very small and they advise not to put anything weighty up there... so god knows what the support in that ceiling is actually like!
Hi guys,We've just bought same plot house as yours, if u don't mind me asking how much did u guy's paid for the flooring ? The were charging us 5k for the entire house.so we opted to do it ourselves
Good job snagging. Lovely home hope that you will all be very happy
You’ve definitely give me ideas on what to look out for on snags I’ve just brought a new build too
We just reserved the moseley too, struggling to think how to utilise bedroom 3, since it has a funny L shape

Did you have socket for your fridge? We’ve just seen ours today and we don’t have one

Have you guys got a home insta? Would love to see what you do with your downstairs loo as about to buy the same house type!
It’s @ourmoseleymove but I haven’t posted much on there I’ll be doing a video on the toilet though!!! We’ve had it all done so that’ll be coming soon!
@our_moseley_move haha got the name of my own Instagram wrong
@@chloebeingchloe thank you! I was already following so will watch with interest to see what you do with that room
Sorry, also meant to ask you what the loft space in the roof is like (I’m guessing teeny)?

Heya, we actually received the flooring when we purchased the house as an incentive! Definitely ask about what they could offer!
£900 for a shower?
I need a poo...🤣🤣🤣
