    I just have to tell you, Liz, how much I adore you. I don't remember how I found your channel - about a month ago - but I get so excited when you post something new. I've decided to plant succulent seeds with you - and it's added so much joy to my life. Thank you for being you

    Again, you prove why I just love you to pieces... Who wants to buy a plant just so they can pose with it on their IG feed? LOL I am the type who would grow everything from seed if I could. If I DO buy a plant I like to purchase a small one and be able to care for it and watch it grow myself. I actually have a Hope Philodendron that is older than me (I'm 42). My mom had it and in the last few years gave it to me. That thing had NEVER changed pots and it was literally ALL roots when I decided to repot it. I don't know HOW it survived. It is now creating a jungle on my front porch...I get such joy every time I see a new leaf uncurling!!

      Thanks for watching. I know of a Lady who also have an old Hope Philodendron. She's 76 years old and this plant lives in here lounge room. It literally overtaken her whole lounge room. Just seating for two is the only space available.

    Good morning from the Philippines.
Thanks for sharing.😊
    Ngayon lang po ako nagcomment, dahil natuwa ako na may ilang Tagalog words po akong narinig.😊
    God bless po.

      It has a lot to do with per capita income. In the Philippines, the basic wage is only 10% of Australian wage. So it stands to reason that the price of plant in Australia is 10 times more compared to the Philippines.
      Best scenario is to work in Australia and buy plants in the Philippines. Otherwise, it's practically the same value on both countries.

    I love your plants! I just made a succulent haul myself. Not like I need another one!!! I'm collecting them so I can learn to propagate them as good as you! I figured I need a bunch in case I mess them up. By the way, it's winter here in California but it never get cooler than 36 degrees outside but I keep all my succulents in the house under grow lights so can I propagate now or do I have to wait until Spring?

    • @GrowingSucculentswithLizK
      @GrowingSucculentswithLizK  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have the perfect weather for growing succulents. Thank goodness I don't live in your area or I would have every species of succulent I can get my hands on.🤗
      You can propagate at any time as long as you consider their dormancy period. For example, propagate Aeonium at the end of summer and propagate Echeveria at the end of winter.

  • @wingedzalera
    @wingedzalera 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Not a fan of peperomia, most species have small leaves, but I do have an obtusifolia and love it! I think you might like it, similar in size as the polybotrya, common name 'Baby rubber plant'.
