sorry I left that comment when you first started spraying and he was mostly brooming. What I left out is that you should have the twist as a wide fan pattern and use it like a broom. So pretty much you have a water broom and he has a regular broom (if that makes sense) and you’re both sweeping pushing against each other.
I will always wet sand specially on the driveways. Makes it a lot easier when I return. Also should use a water pump up on frames and glass just as extra precaution. But great video
Wet sanding is easy with a m5 twist. What cliff should be doing is keeping it wet all the time and do most of the pushing with the water. The other guy should just be helping with the excess to push in corners and odd places. When it’s just yourself the m5 twist will push it in with ease 😊 I’m proud of you sir for pushing that sand by the pool. That’s the only time I don’t wet sand. But great job either way my friend. Love your content!
@@lzwilliams9420 that is what im using an M5 twist lol and keeping it wet as I started on the video. Mike is brooming the slurry of sand as well to make it easier.
Nope just the way I did it. And no it's regular play sand not polymeric so no need to be blasting every single joint. The joints were empty as I showed then filled up.
No complaints at all. In my 4 years of sealing I've had 2 nstances where it was a completely covered patio and the sealer felt tacky for a week cause there wasn't any pathway for the sun to dry it faster. And I had 2 instances where it rained a few hrs after sealing which turned the sealed white but once the sun came out it all dried up. Just the manufacturer warranty
@@blueshieldpowerwashingfl I'd say there's pros and cons. It's easier to use cause it's a 1 part sealer, all you gotta do is pour and spray. It's very forgiving if something goes wrong and needs fixing. But it's a little more expensive because once you spray that 5 gallons thats it vs 2 part sealers that can cover twice the square footage.
Awesome video! Thank you for doing such a great job
Thank you for the business!

Wet sanding plus headphones equals a good time lol looks good man! 🙌
😂😂😂 always a good time out there. You're right
Nice! Work.
Thanks!

Yea big areas are great for wet sanding. I need to start showing that pump sprayer trick on video
Great Video! Wet sanding is much more involved than dry sanding.
Yea cause you definitely want a helper. It's hard to spray and broom at the same time. But with a team it's definitely faster
I see now why you don't do alot of wet sanding that looks like more work and time. They came out great.
I wouldn't do it alone lol. It's too much work, can't spray and broom at the same time.

Great video Cliff! I love watching your content, you always drop good tips. Why do you use silica sand as opposed to polymeric sand?
Easier to work with and also in Florida it's probably the best sand to use. Polymeric sand is also wisely used where you have shifting or loose pavers
Are compactors necessary? Do you need to turbo nozzle all the old sand out?
Great job man! Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼

@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you!
Thanks for video, informative as always.
Just wondering, where can I get some of that sealer from? Thanks again
You can get it from local shops not home Depot or Lowe's. Idk where you live so it's hard to say. Id call around paver shops to see
What is the biggest complaint after sealing pavers? Do you make the client a guarantee and if so, for how long?

Nice work Cliff !!😊 what type of paint roller are you using to roll it on the edges of the pool.
Just basic nap roller
Hi Cliff on the sealer part what do you mean by 2 to 1 on the coats ? Thank you 😊
2 to 1 is the mixing ratio. 2 gallons of water to 1 gallon of sealer mix.
We gave that pool deck the work if you need my help again you have my # much love cliff -Mike
For sure my brother. Thanks for coming through
Do you still use silacast?
Yes. Got a 5 gallon of if still. I need to use it on the next small project
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash. Do you feel it is as equal to others sealers?
