What are you talking about? Blade 1 and 2 rocked. In large part because of Snipes. The third wasn't his fault. They wanted to focus on Ryan Reynolds and Jessica Alba instead of Blade. Plus they removed him as a producer. Of course he was going to be difficult as possible. BTW he still was the best the film had to offer.
Not only that they removed the original script that’s they had and handed him a script that was bullshit . Which Wesley’s didn’t like at all. To be honest if marvel allowed Stephen Norrington to do a sequel with morbius involved and with del toro doing the third instalment. It would of been a trilogy that even today would be impossible to match
@@dra631 one of the reason could be that the first was such a success which marvel wasn’t banking on . and with Wesley’s doing a third one which would made trilogy very much the best superhero trilogy out there out there besides ( the dark night) marvel and Goyer felt they needed to either and a blemish, which ruined the box set. But at least we have two great movies with first being a classic and the second in contention of being better than the first
Dude basing the rating of Blade movies on Rotten Tomatoes when Rotten Tomatoes wasn't even a thing back then. Blade Movies are iconic and back then were on top.
Dosent matter what the reviews were 20 years ago. I enjoyed the trilogy then and I enjoy watching it more now. He's just perfect as BLADE. and the loud screams and surprise when Snipes enters the frame in Deadpool and Wolverine says it all.

The Blade movies was one of the first darker comic book characters to come to light. Yes we had The Matrix the following year but Blade paved the way for darker films. I still think the first two Blade films are classic and watched them only recently. The third was to push Alba and Reynolds into the spotlight. Show a bit of respect for Wesley.

He gave us 2 classics till today no other marvel film have come close capturing that sup hero magic there have in there films . and if blade and what Wesley’s snipes did for the character is so easy to redo, how comes marvel can’t reproduce a reboot of blade then 🤔, is it because what blade produced goes against what marvel is doing today or what marvel has ever done or is it just that it can’t fit into Kevin feige marvel multiverse. No the answer is Disney with marvel selling there rights to them. Disney are not cannot do blade because it goes against of there strict family based PG thirteen 15, 12 and under rules in place lets be honest the original blades are bench mark for Disney to replicate or do matter.
