Please soak the galvanized tubes in a vinegar or other acid solution before exposing to flames. Zinc fumes can be hazardous to your health. Wanna see more of your work for years to come

Looks like an awesome wood stove coming along there Stephen. I was always too afraid to install my wood stove inside my barn. Suffered through a many of cold night out wood turning. In a small garage bay now, stays pretty comfortable inside. Can’t wait to see the first burn!

I have a question about the welding...is that MIG with gas, and if so, do you have any problems using the gas outdoors without setting up wind breaks etc.... It's something I'd like to try, but it would have to be outdoors ...Thanks!
Thank you Israel. Yes this is a MIG welding rig and they do use Argon mix gas. I do not have a lot of trouble with the wind because I just wait for it to stop then begin welding. It is a drawback but nothing that will stop the process. I hope this helps.

Very cool sir. I don't know why wood and coal stove manufacturers don't install heat exchangers in their products. It does make a huge difference.
