The "giant bat monster thing" is actually Return to Dreamland's Master Crown, officially connecting Void Termina and Dark Matter to the Master Crown.
You can also see similar master crown-shaped designs on the hilt of Termina's swords.
If anyone is wondering what Hyness was saying before the boss fight with him here is the dialogue word to word:

Awwww... This game really does have a good ending to it. Thank you so much for playing through this game, I really enjoyed it.
I definitely struggled when avoiding Hyness and the sister's freind circle when I played. I also slightly struggled with trying to defeat Void Termina's second stage 😅

The eye in the mouth is an old character who is said to basically be the source of all evil called “Dark Matter” (just so ya know :3)
This game is no where short it takes 7 hours to beat the story mode

Void Termina is the true form of the Dark Matter race, the most powerful enemy in Kirby, and one that dates back to the Dark Matter trilogy, consisting of Kirby's Dreamland 2, 3, and Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. He is also the creator of the Master Crown, a sacred item that possessed Magolor in Kirby's Return to Dreamland. And lastly, Void is also likely the creator of Kirby's SPECIES, due to its physical resemblance to Kirby, the fact that it has existed for aeons, and its sound effects being a slowed down version of Kirby's own sound effects. Kirby himself could very well be a past reincarnation of Void, because of Void Soul's pause text stating that 'it is reborn every few millennia', and 'when it is reborn again, hopefully it will be as a...friend.'
Void termina was summoned using the dark hearts, maybe kirby was created using the friend hearts

Now finish Guest Star mode, and beat the Ultimate Choice on the hardest difficulty for a true hard boss battle with this guy.
Even though this is pretty late I'll leave this here, if you swollow green stars you get Plasma, red stars you get flames, and blue stars you get freeze
Fun fact about the "PLEASE DISAPPEAR FOREVER" line. ... That in Japanese, apparently, told Kirby to kill himself.
