I’m not a country music fan but Billy Ray Cyrus is a champion in the country scene - I am happy for his huge success with Old Town Road. Seems like a top, humble bloke.

All the divisiveness in this country was frustrating me so much. When I heard the collaboration between Billy Ray and Lil Nas X bringing country and rap together immediately my heart warmed so much and the song brought me hope. Billy Ray is very humble. Much success to him.
Never seen a Billy Ray Cyrus interview in my life and now I want to watch every one of them.
The fact that lil nas x wanted billy on the track from the moment he released it online and the fact that there rly is an Old Town Road in Billy's hometown is just proof the universe wanted this to happen haha and then it goes on to break every record ever. Number 1 for 17 weeks which is the longest a somg HAS EVER BEEN NUMBER 1. Just awesome to be alive to see literal music history being made.
my reaction: awesome, there is a REAL OLD TOWN ROAD. also they had entirely too much fun making the official movie, which i thoroughly approved of.

He’s so chill! I’m so happy that he’s had such a resurgence. I remember the Achey Breaky came out with I was in elementary school and it still slaps! Hearing him on Old Town Road was amazing! That song truly brought me to Country Music. I use to HATE country but Old Town Road brought me to find Bobby Bones. I listen every morning and now I’m a TRUE country fan in under 5 months.
I love his humility and credit he gives to the process and those around him. He has earned a new fan in me.

I think that the music biz is complicated and it's nearly a miracle to get a #1 hit. For Billy it was one phone call, one appt, 2 days figuring it out in the studio, and "lightning struck." This was a great story!

Well I'm 50 years old and the first time I had heard the song it was just in recent and 2021 I had a lot of medical problems a lot of down-outs because of 2020 and I can say that Billy Ray and the young man little Nas is two of the most beautiful people in the world because he picked me up they that song picked me up it's amazing what a song can do to people but God bless you men thank you so much one day one day maybe I'll meet a singer or somebody I come from nothing and I'm still surviving without being a mean person or ever heard anyone and never being put in prison or in jail so it comes from our hearts people you have a good heart keep moving forward God bless thank you Billy Ray
