Babe wake up, a new city sculptor video just dropped. Seriously I love this series and appreciate you for continuing with Cities Skylines 2 despite its flaws 😊
Review of Airport From A Traveller 10/10: Oh wow, what an airport. Check in was fast and so was security. I think the most interesting part is the apron views. There are restaurants that look out onto it. There's plenty of long stay parking which is cheap. I do love the airline lounges. Nothing was delayed and everything ran like clockwork. The airport is very modern. I look forward to using it more on my travels out the city.
Dude, I love the way your mind works. I never thought of designing an airport like that. The curving crossovers were 🤌🏼 😊. Thank you yet again for another TOP 5 video.
Hey, brother. Don't even need to see the episode to leave a comment. Thank you for your content. Really appreciate it, and the joy and creativity you bring with it. Glad to see ya back at it. looking forward to seeing what you create this episode and the peace that comes with the editing. 👍🖖
@@CitySculptor hahaha I mean the peace we receive!! lol I'm sure its brutal on your part😅😅 Edit: You might need to get a pole up for the intl' airport and ask the viewers, but one place I think a lot of ppl would love to see on the pole is 'New Tealand' 😅 I think Biffa might appreciate that😁
Top 5 Element is bananas, weird, unique...and if you had tried to explain it ahead of time, no one would be on board. But it's fantastic. Absolutely love it. Two quick observations: With the freeway walls in the way, people driving on the roads only get a Top 2.5 Element. Also, 38:12 those overpasses need pillars.
HOLY MOLY!! What a build!! I've never seen anyone do so much with the airports, and this looks INCREDIBLE! As I was scanning the view of coming into the Airport, from the side that you have the small "hill" on....I was wondering how THAT would look if you put some kind of a SPECIAL design there using the flowers. Just a thought.
Loved it! ( enjoyed the NFL Draft as well). Hope you enjoyed your break. Fantastic idea using 2 smaller airports, as well as the return loops for traffic (which can be so maddening in real life!). Looking forward to part 2. Lots of hotels? Air freight warehouses? You’re the boss sculptor. Can’t wait.
I wish I could be even half as creative as you are. My brain wants optimization only, no beautification. I'm trying to break myself from that and your videos help tremendously
Cool! I believe it would be great idea to add some more mass transit options to such big airport(metro or train). I want to see how you would implement train station here)
Welcome back friend. I loved this episode. I use to play this game called "Airport CEO" and I used to work for an airline, so I can relate, lol. I loved the airport garden design. Looking forward to episode two of the airport design.
That three way intersection leading into the airport looked like Celtic knot work to me for some reason, awesome looking airport so far can't wait to see where you take it
Great stuff as always. Looking forward to part 2! Just thinking about adding an airport to my city and you provide some nice inspiration! Thanks for the great content and keep up the excellent work!
I've been checking out your work for the last few months now... phenomenal work. Your airport build (so far) looks great, and reminds me of some parts LAX and Sky Harbor in Phoenix. I'm sure you're adding a cargo airport attached to the main airport...make it a full-service facility. Hopefully, you can connect the opposite end of highway connection with on and off ramps, otherwise, you're forcing drivers to drive a longer distance just to connect to the two terminals.
Thanks for the great comment! I do love Sky Harbor. I’m out in Phoenix a couple times a year visiting family. Would love to do a build like that one someday. Not sure how to pull off that second set of entrances on the East side at this point, though. Hmmm…🤔 😄 Giving me new ideas for my next city’s airport! Thanks again. 🙂🙏🏼
The shapes on the side make me think of a turtle shell pattern, also the first loop looks like a snake head. You should add some red flowers to the “mouth” to make a tongue sticking out. Both fit the theme nicely 👍
Top 5 now became Top 1. That entrance is gorgeous. The elevation roads blew my mind, I didn't know it was possible. I can't wait to see airport episode 2. Pitty those parkings will not be filled up just like in real life. Power lines above the ground close to runways is a no go by the way Tip to enforce hotels next to the airport: change all taxations shortly to make only hotels profitable. Then zone P.s. when it comes to content creators for Cities Skylines 2, there is only one must next to you: Play4fn

Hey sculpture big fan Can you please do one episode where you show all the problems in your city and try to solve them And can you please show your whole city in 3rd person view by following a car through whole city
Heya Alux, thanks for the comment! I’m afraid that a video highlighting the problems in Pengasas Bay would be awfully short, since there really aren’t any. The city is humming along nicely, aside from the occasional traffic accident, fire, medical emergency, etc. There really isn’t anything to fix at present, but if that changes, I’ll be sure to highlight it. I think the closest I’ve come to having issues is way back when I had to redo my rail yard, in episode 8, the rail yard redux. 🙂
Great video and great implementation of the airport, I wanted to comment that weeks ago and you read my mind. I am Salvadoran and I would like a connection flight to Pengasas Bay to El Salvador Int'l, per many years the only airport in the country.
I'm probably wrong, but it looked like you connected the upper loop from the "International Terminal" not to the lower loop of the "Domestic Terminal" but to the bus station entrance.
Such an elaborate airport…..that you would use two smaller ones instead of one slightly bigger. The other issue I always see when gamers try to make these airports with overly short runways that at the most could accommodate a single engine bi-plane….NOT a modern airline jet!!!…realistically!
Finally these 2 weeks have passed. Tuesday without your video is not the same. It's nice to know that you're okay and, although mother nature wanted you to benefit from an indoor pool, you delights us with these creations 😍🟩⬜🟥

I love that airport, too! It was my inspiration for the Airport design in my original Cities Skylines series, Birch Bay. Thanks for the great comment! 🙂
Me bored-->city sculptor video gets uploaded-->me happy 😊
Wish you had fun in your break❤
lol. ME TOO. Waited a LONG two weeks for this one, but was SO SURPRISED it was the AIRPORTS!! woop woop

You should connect the airport to magnolia county made by city planner plays
He should have a flight to Verde Beach 😂
I think we’d have to get a gate license from @cityplannerplays 😄😉
I saw in his live stream, he said he likes your videos
Is that so? Very cool! I’ll have to find that stream and drop him a note of thanks. Do you remember which one it was? 🙂👍🏼

Nailed it! Really impressive thought and design elements. Eager to see the bus lines and bustling airport 🎉

Bit behind on watching this episode. But as always, just a master class. Loved every second. Any idea if the unique asset has a tenant or not?
Thank you! It does! I think Lehto Electronics moved in. 🙂👍🏼

I’m a 49er faithful!

I think initially it kinda set up like that but it was changed somewhere along the way during the episode. Good eye. 🙂
Noticed you don’t get any fires, tornadoes or other natural disasters. Are you using a mod to control those?
I have disasters turned off in the options menu. 🙂
Finally ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

Agreed on the runway length. It’s not remotely realistic. 😄
