This "How to grill like a girl" video has been very informative to me, a big burly man who drives 18 wheelers for a living.

Sorry to hear that. For myself, one of my two dad's died 2 years ago of HIV and did not show me how to grill. My other dad was also tested positive but fortunately, he died from a fight in a gay bar on st Laurent street.

Very Helpful, I've used charcoal grills back in the old days. I have a new grill I bought for hubby, but he passed away on me. Some things around our house were on "a need to know basis." Plus I was just his spoiled little girl. Loved it!

Same! I lost my husband in September and He took care of many things that I know nothing about! Lots of firsts for me now! I took all grates off and the things under that out and washed and scoured in soapy water and swept out where leaves and ashes had accumulated just this morning and plan to try my hand at grilling some chicken in a few hours.
Newbie here and this made so much sense. Going to try out my new Weber and see how I do. Wish me luck!

Just before july 4th (5/29) so glad I found this video. I'm a male raised by a single mom and all little sisters. I've always had to be the man of the house. Memorial day is coming up and we are all getting together to celebrate our late grandfather and spend some time together. I was put in charge of grilling but mom has a propane grill. I've only used BBQ! Charcoal! Thank you so much for this vid. After using your guide and doing it myself in a practice run I feel much more confident

You didn't show how to turn it off. My grill says you should first turn off the gas from the propane tank, let the gas in the line burn off, and then turn off the burners.

Hi , thanks for the videos ! Your doing a great job of teaching . Your grill grates are upside down the flat side should be facing upward and you should press the ignition button before you open the knobs starting from the center . Weber grills has user PDF manuals for the different grills they make , Happy Grilling and especially eating what you grill ; that's the best part ! My neighbors go crazy every time I BBQ ! 🤗

Hey there I want to ask you. How much does your Grill station cost you?
Jess Gang; w/a Gas Grill, I can "control the burn". From my experiences, Charcoal provides u FLAVOR; Gas gives u even, consistent grilling (& also gives u enough flavor 2 justify the means). In the grand scheme of things, there's not much discernable difference btwn Charcoal & Gas Grilling. If I'm doin' the grillin', it's GAS; otherwise it's Charcoal. Jess; we both have the same grillin' philosophy here. Keep it comin' w/lots of luv, Jess.

Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "what is a barbecue grill" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Ariafan Barbecue Babassu - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

Hi. Flip the grates around. They should be flat on the other side and some find that easier to grill on.
I liked the tip to let meat warm up to room temperature. I'll use that. I've got to go get the fish out the freezer.

Need to be extremely careful about using wire brushes. If those wire bristles become loose, they can lodge to meat and literally kill you through infection.
