You’re absolutely Right!! They can see each other again because of the twilight, or kataware-doki. If you remember the first few minutes scene, the one at school, when Mitsuha’s teacher explains that in kataware-doki, you can see something that is not human
This is one of my favorite movies (along with “Spirited Away” and “Demon Slayer: Mugen Train). The Japanese title of this movie is “Kimi no na wa?” 君の名は which is asking, “What is your name?” “Na” is the shortened form of “namae,” which means “name.” Some notes on Japanese things: a “kagura” 神楽 is a Shinto religious dance. Each shrine’s kagura may be different. Tanjiro’s family in Demon Slayer performed the Hinokami (Fire/Sun god’s) Kagura. Japanese has different pronouns which can be gender specific. When Mitsuha was in Taki’s body, she went through various male pronouns to refer to her/himself so that Taki’s friends wouldn’t be suspicious. “Watakushi” or “watashi” is gender neutral, but “ore” and “boku” are normally male pronouns. Female pronouns include “atashi” and “uchi.” There are many other pronouns depending on region and age. Mitsuha 三葉 means “three leaves or third leaf.” The grandma’s name was Hitotsuha 一葉 (one/first leaf), their mother was Futaba 二葉 (two/second leaf), and the little sister was Yotsuha 四葉 (four/fourth leaf). Japan has many numbering systems, and this follows the hitotsu, futatsu, mittsu, yotsu, itsusu, muttsu, nanatsu, yatsu, kokonotsu, tou system for numbers 1 to 10. The adapted Chinese based numbering system (for 1 to 10) is: ichi, ni, san, shi, go, roku, shichi, hachi, kyuu, juu. In Demon Slayer, Zenitsu does the Thunder Breathing First Form (雷の呼吸、壱の型Kaminari no kokyuu, ichi no kata), Rokuren 六連, which means “six consecutively” (not sixfold, as the subs say). The Twelve Blood Demon Moons are the Juuni Kizuki 十二鬼月. Mitsuha’s town Itomori 糸守 is fictional, but is supposed to be somewhere in Gifu prefecture. Itomori means something like “thread protection.” The grandma talks about “musubi” 結び, which means something like “bind / tie / connect.” Finally, it’s funny how April always slaps Arvin whenever the anime shows “spicy” scenes like when the camera view was looking down at Mitsuha’s cleavage. It’s not like he was trying to peek or anything, lol. It was just part of the movie’s storytelling. I think you should watch and react to “My Dress-up Darling,” which was the number one winter anime in Japan this year. It’s a wholesome love comedy, but it has many “fan service scenes,” so if you watch it, Arvin may get slapped or have his eyes blocked many times, lol. It’s really worth watching though. Please give it a thought.
Thank you so much for all the infos and heads-up and yes we will going to react to every suggested anime. Sorry about tha slap... Arvin kinda use to it 😃
He wrote I love you instead of his name, because if he wrote his name it'll disappear like the messages, but the things made with love are protected by the god
