This ending to the show always brings a tear of joy to my eyes. FOAK has to be one of the best metal concerts of all time. The performance throughout was flawless and the passion these ladies brought was clear to see. Just wish I’d been there to experience it.

@@TheCyberMantis it is very rare that Japanese artists reveal info about family members. Both Miyako and Asami have wrote on their social media. Just take a look!
Five Of A Kind is my favorite live bluray of them - they were at the top of their game, and it was just before the covid times - there was so much genuine joy there. Of course I hope they will top this in the future.
I'm sure they will be ready to go again once everything is worked out! I can't wait!
Also, the audio mixing was nearly perfect. Haruna's kick drum sounds like cannon balls coming out of my subwoofer.

Miho's tears at the end of the clip around 4 minutes looks like Miho is about to cry and Asami hugs her this is one of the most touching things i have ever seen on a live video, This song is written by Miho dedicated to her late father. From the album "Clockwork Immortality"
Lovebites started recording Clockwork Immortality before June 6, 2018 release of their second EP, Battle Against Damnation. Several of the songs began during the making of the EP. The band created a list of what qualities the wanted to include on the album before Miho, Miyako, and Asami started writing in their own teams with their frequent collaborator, Light Bringer keyboardist Mao. Miyako recorded all of her guitar parts at her home studio using her Dean Icon guitar before re-amping, using a Peavey 6505 for the lead and solos and a Marshall for backing.

Because of their friendship I’m pretty sure that Miho had deeply strong reasons to leave the band. My hope is that at least she will continue to write songs for them every now and then. 🐺🤘🏻

Thanks! I definitely recognized the melody or chord structure on the first listen of the solo, but I really picked up on it when I replayed the solos and it hit me. It's so cool when they do stuff like that, even if not a direct note for note rendition, it's definitely a tribute! Thanks!

The duet probably is a nod to Pachelbel. From what I know about Midori and especially Miyako's musical upbringing and how they grew up playing piano (and organ in Midori's case), that's a strong probability. I won't pretend to know why Miho left the band - no one commenting on this video does - but I would be shocked if it was a problem she had with the other four. They all still follow her on Twitter, and when LB livestreamed one of their concerts on TH-cam after Miho left, Miho still watched. I'm glad she still posts on Instagram and, more often, Twitter, and that she actually returned to the stage back in February as a guest bass guitarist for some cover band. I'd be there in a second if LB responded to my audition, but I'd also be there in a second if Miho called me and said she was starting a new band and needed a tall skinny white guy to play guitar for her.
