- This is an absolutely brilliant bin setup from River Bottom Customs and works superbly well with Fusion Simulations Corn Harvest Addon. Of course with the scripting and 4k textures it is a PC-only mod.

Legit, damn near brings a tear to my eye. Living in the Midwest, just literally drove through a few small towns last week and I never tire of driving by huge grain elevator setups.

it be nice to see a sell point in one of riverbottoms' bin sites, that group's bin sites look more realistic to a coop/elevator than what most fs maps provide.

No released at the same time as the video but they do have some similar bins
I am apart of the RBCF team, there is a similar GSI setup but this one is an AGI with a lot of advanced features that the other one didn’t have.
@@masonfarms ok thanks. It must be the GSI one I've been using. I guess it didn't have the working fans and stuff.
On a side note is there any way to tie the bin into the sale menu to show the grain you're storing? Or is that unavailable since it's a production?
@@Mathew_Thomas You can see the grain that is in it on the production/factory tab in the game menu.

You covered all the action icons _except_ the water drop by the propane tanks. I presume that's the propane delivery point, but why the droplet icon instead of the tipper icon?
In any case, great looking mod and well done on the review. Just need to figure out where on/near my farm I'm going to put it...
Hey Brett, Propane is a gas that’s stored under pressure as a liquid hence the droplet rather than tipper icon 👍 Have fun with it, it’s a great silo

Got the bins and associated mods and all runs well but no icon to turn on the fans
@@albacon1648 I do know there is a new version without the ‘dryer’ for people who don’t want that. Make sure you have the right version.
@@albacon1648 That seems odd, try starting a game with no other mods but the bin and see if it comes back, that'll tell you if it's a mod clash or not 👍
Great mod. But I do wish you could use methane from your BGA to dry the corn, instead of buying propane. It may not be realistic, but it would give a good use for the methane.
Agree with that so limited what you can do with it at the moment
Waiting for fusion to make a new sellpoint for his dry corn mod. The supermarket to sell dry corn doesn't exactly make sense.

Two question's if you don't mind.
ONE: Is it only a sell point meaning one simple get's paid for putting what ever in. Or is it a storage facility, meaning I can put a 100,000 corn in and when I want, withdraw say 50,000 to be sold else where when the price's are higher.
TWO: I'll assume the answer is "NO", but can I put wood chips in it?
Hi there. and sure thing, ask away. 1. This one is storage, but sometimes if used in a map the modder can adapt it to be a sell point too. and 2. If you edit the XML and include wood chips in as a fill type it would accept them yes

We have the dry corn out on consoles or a variation of it so I don't understand why this mod won't come to consoles it may have to be adapted to work with a consoles version of the dry corn add-on but it would be great to have it on consoles we don't have any other AGI branded stuff other than what was included in the free DLC AGI and the brands under it are all licensed in the game now but a lot of modders are not taking advantage of it
I think it's becausae of the 4k textures and the scripts used to turn on the fans and the particle system when the dryer is active.
This silo will work out of the box with the dry corn addon that's on modhub. In theory I think it could come to console, but like FSG said, the 4k textures would be a problem...it would probably be like a 100-slot placeable! If they are using any custom scripts, then console release would be out. I think modhub releases are just not Riverbottoms MO 😀
Looks great wish it could be for PS5 too. Do you know if there's something similar for console?

River Bottom has no plans for anything he mods to come to the console. Sorry

They do a 6m litre version,, check you grabbed the right one from their site

The flag on the tank is just GE placed so you can edit it and put what ever you want on it!

they need to stop making mods that is script and start making mods for all platforms
The PC world really enjoys these mods. The whole RBCF staff and group is orientated toward PC only mods.
I think that's the choice of the modder, until Microsoft and Sony change their policy around scripts it's not going to change. Modders usually want to make the best mod they can, some choose to go through the process of removing functionality and reducing the quality so it'll work on console and some choose not to. I think it's unfair to suggst PC players can't have good stuff just becuase it won't work for console.
Sorry, had to dislike this comment! These mods are the only reason I play this game. One of the reasons these mods are so good is because of the scripting. If you want awesome mods like this one on console, you need to lobby Microsoft and Sony to allow it.
there is a unbranded meridian bin complex with 3million liters (18million realistically), as much as i want agi meridian is good enough on console.
