London Street Food: Freshly made Smoothie + Sweet Pancakes at "Kitty's Sweet Treats" Camden Market.

YUM, YUM, YUM.......these guys based in the World Famous Camden Stables Market are serving up delicious Sweet Crêpes / Galettes.
In this video you can watch them making and serving up these sweet dessert treats with fillings and topping such as Nutella Chocolate Spread, Banana, Strawberry, Oreo Cookies, Marshmallow, Mixed Chopped Nuts, other delicious options include Caramel, Honey Maple Syrup, Dairy Cream and Chocolate Chip..........like we said YUM, YUM, YUM !!!
There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because these guys make everything in full view while you wait - for the pancake batter they use Flour, Milk, Sugar and Eggs.
French Crepe Suzette or Galette. is a popular snack in France; it's made from a batter of wheat flour that is fried on a hot griddle in a very similar way to an Indian Masala Dosa or even a Chinese Jian Bing - these guys make it look very easy, but it takes many years of practice to make perfect pancakes like you see here.
We only had a Mango and Pineapple Smoothie on this visit - so we didn't get a chance to try their Bubble Tea or Milkshakes; but this is more of a reason to return, wink wink ;-)
