As a Jags fan, I can't blame UCF for his negativity. Its well deserved because the Jaguars suck.... I'm getting sick of seeing this organization constantly held back even though I see so much potential in these teams. we have 10 seasons of crap and mediocridity only to finally have a good season.... then plung back into the abyss the next season..... It just keeps happening over and over and I'm done with it. I want some consistent good play and good seasons from the Jaguars. The Texans even before Stroud were always doing very well. The Titans many times even did really well. The Colts have a superbowl.... If people were randomly asked who the worst organization in the AFC South was.... I guarantee you that most people would pick the Jaguars..... I'm done with it. Win now is in effect many sessions ago. If these coaches and players aren't stepping up with energy, competence, and focus to win these games.... then I'm over them. Get rid of them and start bringing in the new regime. Tank for a new coaching regime and for some better draft picks to give the new regime is my mindset now!!

@@Saintsuckahh Mark Brunnell was definitely a blessing, but I imagine the HC we had back then was good as well.... not saying Trevor Lawrence isn't it, but there needs to be a connection between HC and QB in order for anything to work which is not happening between Pederson and Lawrence. Notice there is no team in the league that does well without a good HC and a good QB. Just like when Tom Brady left, the Patriots tanked. I don't care how good Belichick was for that team, Belichick did not make that team what it was. It was the synergy between both Belichick and Tom Brady that made that team great.

Your Cowboys are just screwed until they completely start over. They need to fire the HC and get rid of Dak Prescott. Dak Prescott is an overrated QB and I truly do think that the QB is a pace setter in this league. Sometimes when a team is just doing really really bad no matter how many regimes they go through, then you need to replace everything. Just like when the Rams and Lions switched QBs to mix things up leading to the Rams superbowl and the Lions are looking like they might go to and win the superbowl this season. The Cowboys need to just get rid of the coaching staff and Dak Prescott, because there is no excuse the Cowboys haven't been doing much better than they are.... there is too much talent on that team to be playing terrible and being completely inconsistent.
