Girl you sounded just like me. I was diagnosed ptsd and panic disorder 15 years ago. It really is something thats a special kind of evil. It took me a very long time to get any control over it. Im so glad that you found a way that helped you ❤
Not a psychiatrist but have had ptsd and panic disorder and your symptoms/thoughts sound so similar to mine. I think a therapist would be very helpful. And don't be afraid to try different types of therapy. Its hard af with panic disorder but exposure therapy for me was the only real type of therapy helped. Its scary to face the things that terrify us but but avoiding things that scare us were only teaching our brains that everything is dangerous.
I’m so glad you said that and thought that “what do you want a mother of 3 to be high all day” because when my mom was on Xanax before she died she did sleep her life away with three young children until 16 years later when she died
Maegan, I am so grateful to have found your videos. I just got a call from my gynecologist saying I have cancerous cells two days ago and I haven’t slept since. I am due to see an oncologist next week and I’ve just been trying to get a better feel of things and not go down such a dark path during this waiting game. Your videos helped me eased some of my worries and help me try to stay positive. Thank you so much for sharing your journey.

Thank you for making these videos. I'm due for my cancer hysterectomy on Tuesday so my anxiety is obviously off the charts at the moment. I don't really have questions for you (and this was made a few years ago it seems), I just wanted to say thank you. A lot of what you went through before your operation is similar to what I've had, and my major takeaway from your story is to trust my gut. They are telling me that it doesn't look like it has spread...but I feel so horrible, sore and tired. I'm pretty sure when they take out those two lymph nodes they are going to find what I'm expecting...guess we'll see. Until they actually test it, this is out of my hands. I hope that in the three years since you made this video that only awesome things happened for you and your family, and that you are fully recovered from the whole mess.

@@annas8535 it turned out that it already spread unfortunately. I'm busy with chemo and radiation and next week I start brachytherapy. It's not going great, but it's still going.
@@pushaalexander5281 it started with a breast abcess actually. We had just immigrated to Germany one month before that started. My language skills were limited to say the least... extremely stressful. Well they said I needed an emergency operation but their process demands that I first go for a mammogram and a general OBGYN checkup. I didn't even have a Frauenarzt here yet, so they even helped me find one. The pap results came back with abnormalities about two months later and I was referred to a Dysplasia Institute for a colposcopy at first. There they found a small lesion on the cervix and I had CIN2 dysplasia but no one was very concerned about it. They recommended I go for the LEEP procedure. Unfortunately at this procedure they didn't manage to get clear margins and I tested positive for HPV-16 and my dysplasia was now rated CIN3 (also known as Carcinoma in Situ). They recommended a Coninisation procedure next and instead of clear margins they then found not just dysplasia but proper cancer behind what they removed then. Then I was sent for the hysterectomy but because they found during the operation that it was already in the lymph nodes, they didn't do the hysterectomy and removed 42 of my lymph nodes instead. Next came chemo and radiation and Brachytherapy. All that is finished now and I'm busy recovering...it was quite intense. In three months I have to go for more scans and biopsies to see if they got everything. Hopefully that's it, but if not I'm actually not sure what comes next. It's been one hell of a year! Of course the moment it hit the lymph nodes it's rated at stage 3 and it can come back anywhere any time. It can also be over, there's no way of knowing. I used to go for the annual check ups, but due to circumstances I wasn't able to go for the two year prior to us moving.

OMG. I’m just an older version of you. I live in Saskatoon, I was gaslit by every doctor I saw…told me I was crazy, gave me klonopin (longer acting Ativan) etc. I got to the point where I literally stood in the ER after flagging down an endocrinologist and told her I was dying. Turns out, I was. I had secondary adrenal insufficiency due to postpartum abnormalities. I had 10 pregnancies, 7 ectopics and 3 kids (c-sections) in 5 years. My body shut down. Due to the adrenal insufficiency, my cortisol levels were nonexistent. My organs started shutting down and I was rushed unconscious to the ER. They pumped me full of hydrocortisone for 5 days on strangely the oncology ward. I turned around pretty quickly. It took me a full year to get back on track. But - 14 years later, I still don’t feel the same. Still have the klonopin for ‘safety’. I found your video - started continual bleeding for the last 5 weeks. Currently being told I can’t see a gynaecologist for 2 months. I guess I’m supposed to bleed every day for the next two months? I think not. Fighting with the medical ‘system’. Be your own advocate - I don’t care if I go to the ER every day to get an appointment sooner. This system kills people. I suggest you get your cortisol levels checked. You pee into a jug for 24 hours and they measure it. Don’t accept a blood test. You’re not crazy, your hormones are totally out of whack. I wish you luck!!!!
Wow yes this very much sounds like what I went through and adrenal fatigue is what the naturopath treated me for and how I started getting better. I too had an ectopic and a miscarriage and 3 pregnancies in a short period right before this. Definitely something the doctors need to start acknowledging. I didn’t know adrenals could get that bad! I’m glad you’re a doing better and know to push for answers. I’m a born and raised sasky girl too but in alberta now. The Canadian sickcare system is very broken :( Goodluck with your new issues 🙏 🙏🙏 :( I hope you get better care this time. Waiting is the worst.
I’m only half way through this 2nd part, but I was wondering if they did take your ovaries without telling you? I guess you’ll tell us. 🙏❤️ You’re smart!! If they put epinephrine in the anesthesia- it can cause shortness of breath also.
I actually went years not knowing and I am still not 100% sure. I have had 2 ultrasounds- one said I did have ovaries and the other said I didn’t. I got Hormone testing with a naturopath and she said my hormones were screwed but not so much so that I wouldn’t have ovaries so I’m assuming they are there. My naturopath also requested my surgical notes and it didn’t have that Info in it which she said is very strange. 🤷🏼♀️ what a mess! Interesting about the epinephrine. Something was not right so if they would have told me something like this it would have been nice. I was also told many months later that my blood clot numbers came back abnormal so I often wonder if I had a blood clot and my incompetent doctors ignored my pleads for checking for that.
I have a colposcopy scheduled for the 7th of August. I have been panicking so much in anticipation of having the procedure done. Not because of the pain but the fear of having cancer and what will happen. I tested negative for HPV but I was in for a 3 month follow up for bladder symptoms I have been having. The doctor had mentioned how red my cervix looked at my last exam and she mentioned how much worse it looked during this one. I had a lot of bleeding this exam and have had spotting every day ever since. I am so scared that I might have advance cervical cancer. I don't know what I will do.
Not trying to be nosey, I’m just realizing so many of us are going through similar things. It disappoints me that so many doctors get it wrong! So many women have what appear to be unnecessary procedures. Or exploratory procedures.
Hi M.. it sounds like you may have PTSD also, for me cbd oil have been the game changer along with EMDR therapy with a psychologist.. together they have stopped my panic attacks.. all the best.💕
I have been told this by doctors but I had a strong belief that it was physical. I have been able to 💯 “cure” them with vitamins so I very much believe it is still physical. Not sure what the surgery did to deplete specific things but glad I figured it out!
@@meagan5722 yes with the drugs etc it can result in the physical symptoms you are having. Your naturopathic doctor sounds amazing. I studied herbs/homeopathics and cured ME with them.. the herbs cleared my liver and kidney etc eventually the ME went. Good to know!! Thanks! There are still things improving all the time. I have recently done a heavy metal detox and i swear my lungs did a 360. I knew there was something going on with them but I had no idea how bad it was.
Have you ever considered A.D.D. Or A.D.H.D.? Neurodivergence, under extreme stress can trigger panic and anxiety. Just from watching your videos, I see a lot of markers for neurodivergence. It might be something to look into. Our family is riddled with it so most of us can spot it a mile away.
Yeah I don’t know why TH-cam recommended this specific video for me. Since I’m male and this is not a cancer I have to worry about. Though cancer is something aimed towards me. So I watched. She is very easy on the eyes. Probably the other reason, lol. But, I will say if someone could bottle a ‘cure’ for the waiting time between biopsy and finding the results that would be great! By far, that waiting time is hardest on one’s mental state. Harder than the cancer diagnosis for some! Anyway, probably not a channel I will frequent. But thanks for the videos. Interesting to hear the process in Canada vs the States where I’m at. Have a great life! Carpe diem.

I also had it bad as a kid and mental health was still very stigmatized in the 2000s when I was in elementary school.
Thinking of you Samm!! I hope everything goes ok for you!! Keep us posted!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Do you mind me asking what the outcome was?
Not trying to be nosey, I’m just realizing so many of us are going through similar things. It disappoints me that so many doctors get it wrong! So many women have what appear to be unnecessary procedures. Or exploratory procedures.
@samm hamm how are you doing now?
Can you please update us
Hi M.. it sounds like you may have PTSD also, for me cbd oil have been the game changer along with EMDR therapy with a psychologist.. together they have stopped my panic attacks.. all the best.💕
If after a while you still have some anxiety, EMDR may help, but also herbs..Take care 💜💕
Ps.. often in healing not always both the physical and the emotional needs healing..mine was both. 💜💜
Good to know!! Thanks! There are still things improving all the time. I have recently done a heavy metal detox and i swear my lungs did a 360. I knew there was something going on with them but I had no idea how bad it was.
@@meagan5722 I am so pleased for you. Stay with you naturopathic doc she sounds spot on.💕💕💕💜
❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼how are you doing now
I great thank you. 2.5 years cancer free and all issuers from my surgery are resolved as well!

Carpe diem.
That's awesome and I am so glad that you watched the whole video❤
What supplements were you taking?
Hey barb! If you DM me on instagram.com/Meagan.haberlack I’ll have a chat about supplements but everyone is different so I don’t want to put a blanket on the supplements I am taking :)
I have had an anxiety disorder all of my life, I know exactly how you feel about doctors shrugging you off because when my anxiety disorder wasn’t under control that’s what I got told all the time. I also had it bad as a kid and mental health was still very stigmatized in the 2000s when I was in elementary school. I felt completely isolated and like nobody knew or would ever know what I was going through. It turns out I was very wrong. My mom always gave me nux vomica as a kid to help the nausea.
I’m so sorry you have to deal with this! It is a very tough thing! I’m so happy I embraced my naturopath and got the help I needed!! ❤️❤️
I wonder if you are suffering from PTSD. You have been through a war and you won but the residual is PTSD.
Possibly! But luckily my body responded to building it back up naturally! I’m doing really good now ❤️
