Yeah i see that now. along with other parts that weren't in stock. looks like serpent Americas also has some now as well so they must be getting their parts back. thanks
Nice video 👍🏻 I just built the srx8 nitro buggy I used my phone and looked at the manual lol I’ll be getting this buggy soon. Let’s go team serpent 🐍 #serpentcomeback
On Serpent’s website they say that the RTR is fully upgradeable to the Kit version. Just went and checked as I’m also looking into this buggy. That’s great news.
My experience with Serpent USA (Desoto) in Florida was positive. My 811te RTR had wheel nut snafu & they shipped me the pieces I broke & added additional parts I may have needed (that I didn't request) it was A+ experience.
Why is it that builders kits are usually way more money than a rtr. Wouldn't you think the kit would be like half the price seeing how they don't have to build an entire car themselves.
My buddy got me into Serpent kits, and I love them! The rtr's are the best out IMO. Great video. 👍
100%
If you look on Serpent Ltd, they have the rtr a arms. It looks like most front end parts as well. I wasn't sure if you were aware. Have a great day. 🍻

Yeah it is all the same parts. It would be a bit pricy to convert. But yes it is all compatible
the only difference is the size of shocktower holes front rear. will not work with rtr suspension.
@@trippjonesiii6566 yes this can be fixed with drilling out too. but yes i go over this in video two
When u get the pro kit done list parts I will need to get for rtr front and rear to make them compatible. Thank u for the videos very helpful.
I will try to do that for ya. Yeah.
Thank u
looks like serpent is getting some stock back. ill do another update video here soon for that as well
i ran into problems trying to upgrade shocktowers, the holes are bigger on rtr, had to upgrade whole suspension.
yes i go into this video two
yeah, and it seems driveshafts are differents and they are longer on RTR than Kit pro, the size of one of the ball bearing knuckle is different too
all serpent kits are wicked, top notch. the support however is another story
Haven’t had to deal with them yet so I can not weight in on that matter. Lol

@@andrewbrown8927 part quality. The parts that are different are considerably more in cost
@theatvfamily with this kit, I see that. They should be able to offer kit versions of the same rtr for cheaper, wouldn't you think?
@@andrewbrown8927 not a bad idea.
