Imam dies after being shot outside mosque on his way to morning praver.

Imam Hassan Sharif was shot in the abdomen and in his right arm outside the Masjid Muhammad Mosque near #Newark, New Jersey.
The gunman remains at large and cops have not provided any information on motive. Imam Hassan had previously been the victim of an attempt on his life in August 2023 when he revealed an attacker put a gun to his head.
