  • Dylan Raiola recently flipped his verbal commitment from UGA to Nebraska sending the recruiting world into hysterics, and Josh Pate took some time on Late Kick Live Ep 466 to discuss the decision and what it means for each program. Is this the moment we'll look back on as the key that allowed Matt Rhule to get the ball rolling in Lincoln? What impact does this have on Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs? TY - terrible take by Late Kick. That said I have no problem with him going there. I understand and don't blame him but what's a little galling is he's not giving the full context as to why he picked Nebraska. I guarantee if his Uncle wasn't coaching there and/or his Daddy hadn't played there I think it's SAFE to say he NEVER would have considered Nebraska.

I find it crazy grown men wanna attack the character of an 18 year old kid online just cause they didn't pick their school. People need to grow up it's his decision and people criticizing him online don't personally know him. The word going around is Georgia gave him the expectation Beck was leaving and he would have a chance to compete to play sooner which obviously didn't happen. He would of probably needed to wait until he was a junior to even get an opportunity so he chose to go to Nebraska where his father played and his uncle coaches. Plus it gives him an opportunity to start right away. Just after seeing how some of these fanbases of other schools are attacking him online it's probably best he left a terrible fanbase like Georgia who's shown it's true colors the last few days. If he was still committed to Georgia their fanbase wouldn't even be talking about him like they are now..
