All things considered, kuriboh did pretty well considering the deck has no real extra deck except linkuriboh. And no traps....But it took one of Sam's staple cards to finally win 1 whoo!
I mean, Seereax is playing a bit too fair. Sam throws in any "well, it's a warrior, so i can play it" style card while Seereax kinda stuck to "kuriboh archetype" approach.

Sam says relinquished Anima is a whole different archetype but is playing noble arms which is for a different archetype 😂
It's a warrior-support card, like Duel Academy. Fair game by their rules.
Like he said, anima belongs to a whole other archetype, so does his noble arms cards. Noble arms cards are not battling boxer cards, just because they say "fire warrior". Relinquished Anima does not have a relinquished specific effect. Its just the name relinquished anima, like noble arms or infernoble arms. It's just a staple in that case that you can play in every deck that can play this card.
Ok but the second half of the noble arms cards are specific to “noble knights” is that not relevant? The spellbook cards broke the rules for mentioning “spellbook”
@@SKDracula yes, the one noble knight equip is illegal, the one that mentions noble knight monster, the other one is legal, because it only mentions that this cards name can be activated once per turn and it supports fire warriors. Sam isn't allowed to play the one equip spell with the effect that specifically mentions "noble knight" in it. So one of the two equip spells is allowed to be played the other one not
When Sam asked if Seereax wanted a cookie he should've said "no thanks, I already have them on my field."

Why would you want them on during 5D's era? I don't mean to be a doomer, but they barely play Synchro cards. I can't imagine them trying to draft cards for their decks not having much knowledge on the cards of this era.

it supports warriors and you could play spells and traps that supports the type of monster. like warrior monsters, you can use warrior spells and traps

This my favorite series
By far the most entertaining of the series yet I could not stop with the laughing from the back and forth and gameplay. At one point I almost choked on my drink.

Battlin’ Boxers were my very first deck that wasn’t the V for Victory starter deck. I’m actually pretty high key hyped for the upcoming support. Makes me want to find my friends of 10 years ago and just end with Yoke on the field and then start busting out all the new stuff turn 3.
Magnum Shield quickly became my favourite card. And warriors quickly became my favourite type.

Isn't Noble Arms - Clarant a Noble Arms archetype card? It specifically references a "Noble Arms" Warrior for one of it's effects. Didn't Sam mention that those cards cannot be used? Thought he mentioned it with that one Spell card that referenced Spellcasters.

For two consecutive episodes, Sam forgot to record himself spinning the wheel. And for game 2, we can clearly see the salt in Sam when he hit that surrender button so fast after a foul-mouthed game 1. Hopefully he did spin those deck, and not cheating just to find a way to beat Seereax
Sam just spends his entire turn thinking of comebacks and doesn’t think of his next move which causes him to screw up. If he spent lest time trying to act strong and smart he’d probably win

Kuriboh as far as I've seen is an archetype that really just supports other monsters. The fact that he couldn't play Astral Kuriboh or litteraly any other extradeck monster except Link Kuriboh kinda hurt.
All things considered SeeReax did pretty well.
So there you have it.. Sam is back (Against Kuriboh), but a win is a win.. Well done both, I can't wait for next week. 👏

Sam finally getting the dub at the end was satisfying to watch lol. My favorite win strategy so far in md has came from my chais max dragon deck, utilizing tuners and mausoleum of white to have ultimate dragon/shining dragon out by turn 4 and neutron blast or heavy milling for shining dragons effect to be utilized.
