the place went through 3 different acquisitions since 2012, 1st acquisitor were the Pages' who own Thirsty, it ran for some years then ran into problems then another game player took over Marybeth Chan who was in the cakes and pastries industry, it was again mismanaged eventually and debt piled up owing lots of money to the artists who performed at Outpost, then the biggest game player came in, The Lhuilliers, turned it into "The Monastery" with 2 big Buddhas in front, only lasted 2 years, became inactive for a year then Bucket Shrimps took a gamble at the place only to fail a year later, became a storage house of La Vie Parsienne for all their Wines etc. then ultimately this abandoned-like scenario. Don't really know the current status of the property and it's been like that for almost 5 years now.
I didn't know it went through all those troubles. I thought it was because of the lockdown and ultimate passing of uncle Junx. Thanks for the info. 👍@@paolodelavictoria
