What makes this sadder is wheeljack wasn't ever on the transformers or the decepticons sides. He used to treat all of them equally, his hospital was neutral ground in the war for cybertron. He just wanted to help people(well transformers).

The ProtoForms have the ability to combine/clip their guns into their arm and some have their guns built into the arms like from Rotf but they mostly have the blasters they get from their ships that they were flying around in the city but because barricade isn’t a a protoform like the others he has to actually hold and carry the gun normally
Another thing I wanted to say the reason why they didn’t keep them prisoners because it was a sign of “mercy” and they were afraid the autobots would have escaped and ruined their plans so they preferred to kill them off so they didn’t have to worry about the autobots coming back to kill them and ruin their plans
People focus too much on human characters and forget these are not transforming robots ,,but also sentient living beings who feel emotions ,,,rage , pain ,sorrow and many other . Of course they will seek revenge if they see their friends murdered infront of their eyes .

people forget that bumblebee is possibly the only non prime, that can fight and even best a prime in battle. If you kill his friends in front of him, then you better have had your affairs in order beforehand. because hes about to come at you.... like an angry swarm of bees in one body, and hes not going to stop until he avenges his friend.
Looking back, this fight solidified Bumblebee as being awesome. Also his design is genius, for the most part we see him as an agressive and imposing figure but when we get closer shots to his face he's kind of cute.

Let me tell you something about the Autobots in general I’ve been a transformers fan since 86 and this version Optimus prime is absolute legion Optimus prime did exactly what needed to be done on revenge of the fallen. The whole reason he showed mercy to Megatron in the first transformer movie is because he still looked at Megatron like a brother after that, he saw that Megatron could not be reasoned with, so he did the necessary in all four transformer bay verse franchise Megatron has no compassion for humans for auto bots just peer destruction. Optimus did Sentinel prime exactly what Sentinel prime was going to do to him had not been for Megatron‘s interference prime would have died again. Optimus prime came to realization that terrorist cannot be reasoned with. Megatron is the bad guy hear that Optimus prime.
Depends on the incarnation of Megatron. He's been known to at least ally with the Autobots sometimes. Some incarnations have even reformed, or at least have some mutual respect for Prime. Shockwave, though, is pretty much a monster in any universe that isn't explicitly an opposite world. Having legit no emotions will do that to you. Michael Bay Megatron certainly falls basically on the "mustache-twirling villain" end of the Megatron reasonability spectrum. Don't even remember if he has a reason for what he does beyond just being evil

Let me tell you something about the Autobots in general I’ve been a transformers fan since 86 and this version Optimus prime is absolute legion Optimus prime did exactly what needed to be done on revenge of the fallen. The whole reason he showed mercy to Megatron in the first transformer movie is because he still looked at Megatron like a brother after that, he saw that Megatron could not be reasoned with, so he did the necessary in all four transformer bay verse franchise Megatron has no compassion for humans for auto bots just peer destruction. Optimus did Sentinel prime exactly what Sentinel prime was going to do to him had not been for Megatron‘s interference prime would have died again. Optimus prime came to realization that terrorist cannot be reasoned with. Megatron is the bad guy hear that Optimus prime.
Depends on the incarnation of Megatron. He's been known to at least ally with the Autobots sometimes. Some incarnations have even reformed, or at least have some mutual respect for Prime.
Shockwave, though, is pretty much a monster in any universe that isn't explicitly an opposite world. Having legit no emotions will do that to you.
Michael Bay Megatron certainly falls basically on the "mustache-twirling villain" end of the Megatron reasonability spectrum. Don't even remember if he has a reason for what he does beyond just being evil
