I recently caved and bought Biba on sale, and was shocked to see it was only a little bit larger than an Midi…but it costs so much more. I thought it was going to be significantly larger.
The gold in midi size would be amazing. More sparkly shades for sure! I’ve stopped buying her palettes because there are not enough sparkly shades imo. Bronze is still my favorite out of the midi sized, it has the most glitzy shimmers. Glam palette is not as glitzy imo and the grey transition makes me look dead, I gave it to my mom. Still tempted by the my dream collection but I don’t think I’ll buy it because I have better multichromes and sparkles and I can find those colors in my other palettes.

I totally agree about the shimmers. I love ND mattes they are amazing but I like extreme shimmers like what you get in the HUDA beauty large palettes 👌
You should take out the colors you don't like from the Retro palette and put in the colors you like from the love palette. Then you can have a palette you like.
I so agree with you Patty regarding the ND shimmers in the midi palettes. I do own a few of her more expensive palettes and the shimmers in those are off-the-chart sparkly. I also wish she would include some in her midi !!!
Woot woot! Yay for my dream making number 1! This palette is perfection! It’s become my number 1 palette over all! Perfect for everyday and also has fun shades to spice it up! And flattering Colors! Warm enough for summer, cool enough for winter, this one is perfect!

I LOVED the Love palette 🤷🏻♀️😅😍 honestly I think ND clearly had some batch issues because my palette performed great 😊 & I used all those problematic shades 😮 they applied & blended really well …. Bronze will always my my true love too & now prob my dream palette & yucca … I have others that shamefully I have but haven’t tried yet … but I also love all my minis from her too ❤

Oh my gosh, me too! I love the shade Yama from the zendo palette! I only use these 5 shades: balance, mindful, zeal, Yama, equilibrium. I love the look I get with those shades. Yes I’d rebuy this palette just for those 5 shades, lol!
The midi Love was something that I decluttered last year. I loved the colour story, but you can clearly tell that particularly some of the cream to powder shades weren't formulated well making them hard to work with and after a year of owning the palette I founded that the shimmers started creasing away during the day even though I was using the same base as I have used when I got the palette. So I think formula wise the palette just didn't age the best and the newer midi palettes I have like the Bronze and Retro haven't had similar issues.
Patty, I have a look from the Retro palette that I think you’ll love, and doesn’t use any of the pink/purple shades: Nude Mauve in the crease, Jude all over the lid, Apart to deepen up the outer corner, Glitz or Psychedelic in the inner corner, and a little Mod on the brow bone. It is gorgeous and can be done lightly, for daytime, or deepened up for night. It’s my favorite look from the palette, and you’d never even know it came from Retro.
My no. one is the Dream palette, followed by the glam palettes. I love Natasha Denona palettes for the quality and not bad price for the amount of shades you get as well. The pastel palette is the only one I hate, being medium skin tone pastels either don't show up or look horrible on my skin tone
I have all of them.except glam and retroglam and they're both at the top of my list. I would love to see more of the big midi palettes like Metropolis. Green brown in this size would be amazing. My fave midis are bronze and zendo, my least are love and sunrise, in the middle are pastel,.retro and my dream (which is new to me)
Speaking of glitz...how did you like the mini pastel palette? I definitely found that one to be glitzy. Especially the gold shade! To me those five colors are going to be good mixed with her other palettes. 💙

My favorite ND palette will always be the gold. Mine is getting old and I just can't let it go. I really hope one day she'll re-release it. I don't care if it's in a midi or full size...she just needs to release it again, because that palette is perfection. It does surprise me that the "My Dream" palette is your number 1 - you look like a younger version of her 💗, which, of course, is beautiful 😍!! Your top 3 are my top 3 in that order, then in 4th it's Retro and i do have sunrise but only because the wrong palette was sent and feel unique let me keep the palette and they sent the right one, so i really don't use Sunrise, i did try it a few times but didn't like it. Great ranking Patty 👍
I know what you mean about shades looking "bruise-y." To my surprise I love the Retro, but I have to be careful how I use berry and pink and reddish shades together, or I can end up looking like I'm having an allergic reaction around my eyes! Although I love the colors. Maybe I just need to practice!
I agree with the Retro palette. I never picked it up because, from previous (bad makeup) experience, I knew those kinds of shades make me look like someone punched me in the face
I got your number 1! The only midi I own and I love it! Also love her minis, I got the nude and love palette. Also gorgeous! My second midi would be the glam or the retro glam😇 Unless she releases a new or her old gold palette, that one looked so pretty. Don’t know why it was discontinued

Zendo used to be my most favorite in my collection, but now that I've collected more palettes with shinier, more sparkly colours, it's really fallen behind. I think I'll lay off the ND purchases unless she makes them more shiny

I love your ranking, but you have that beautiful ability to use very overwhelming colors and metallics. And your eyeshadow never overtakes your look ,it always looks natural if that makes sense. And I promised myself no more eyeshadow but you're really tempting me the new retro

Could you please do a series in which you create a snappy/ quick eye look with a mothership? The series would consist of mothership 1 to 10. Or any other video with PML shades. Discovered pml this year and they are absolutely my fav! 😍
When I want a quick look with my Pat McGrath Mothership palettes, I take one of the shades and sweep it all over my lid. It might be a matte or one of the shimmers. If I want to add a little sparkle, I will tap lightly the special shade in the center of my lid. Some days I just use the special shades on my lid. It is cute for the cold girl makeup look. Bright pink blush on my cheeks.
It’s a matter of preference. I love the bronze palette but I find it too intense for day to day. That’s why the retro works best for me. The glam is gorgeous but goes too greyish on me. Hate pastels and greens so didn’t even buy the last one. Absolutely love zendo. My dream is gorgeous too but goes too dark as well.
As someone with very fair skin and green eyes, I am in love with the retro palette because I can use every single shade in it and I love every single look!
I think the Bronze palette has some great shimmers in it, very rich, and sparkly to me, better than the Glam palette, for me anyway. I didn’t care for the Glam, I know, everyone loves that palette Lol. Me…I returned it. Now, if she would come out with a midi Gold. Nothing compares with her Gold palette, but alas it’s not a midi, sigh….
You know you can customize your palettes...take out the shades that you don't use and put the ones you like. That way you will have your "dream" palettes and use them more.
In my opinion, the Zendo pallet has the worst formula, super patchy and inconsistent. I love the Retro one because all the eyeshadows are so smooth and versatile. Glam is too boring for my taste.

My favorite palettes from Natasha Denona will be the Glam Pallete, The Biba Pallete, and The Retro Glam Pallete. My minis are Xenon, Tropic and Retro.

Yes I love Zendo too BUT it’s missing an inner-corner shimmer so whenever I use Zendo I end up grabbing the glam palette for the inner corner.
