@@inigoiri can i ask for opinion, unfortunately i did fell on my left straightened arm, after 2 days i started to feel my inner thumb sensation changed, then inner thumb numbness, also when examining my arm by feel/touch, there is pain between my biceps and triceps area, like there is nerve pain there, is it possible that the median nerve got pinched at that area? please i need some directions where to look for problem?

It depends usually I use 10.5 mhz for medium structures and 20 Mhz for superficial ones
