New TH-camr here in the Travel sector. I created my last year (Jan 2023) and so far, have received 1.2 million Views in total from both long and short videos. I Learned alot from all the Think Media Channels. Thank you! Good luck to all the newbies!
I love Shaun's videos I'm trying my best to make incremental changes to my videos, thumbnails and trigger the algorithm. Take a look. How can I improve?

Hello! there. I saw your videos and was impressed by the quality of your content. However, after analysis, I noticed there needs to be improvement for getting more views and subscribers. You are working hard but the main motive to reach an exact audience is not fulfilled. You are working for your audience if the video can't reach them. That's a waste of your energy and time also. I will show the problem in your video and share how to fix it. Only say ‘yes’ if you want to grow your channel.
My son and I appreciate you..✊🏾We watch this video till we memorize it word for word.Thank you for sharing your proven ways and not gatekeeping like some of these content. We won't forget this week
This will be my fifth time trying. This time I’m actually going to stay consistent and try even if I hate a video I make. My biggest fear is recording and getting silence/no views. The most frustrating part is all that work but no interaction or interest from viewers.

Much appreciation for creators like you for teaching smaller channels the ropes of gaining a bigger audience. Videos like this helped me grow my channel to 100 subs in a month (much more than I expected lol) and gives me hope for getting monetized by the end of the year 🙌🏾 I only have 3 videos out now but I’ve been working on my consistency cause I know that’s a big part of what it takes if not the most important. Glad that I’ve at least got the ball rolling now though 🔥
I’m a creator, but I started in TT & grew my account. Now I want to start a YT & repurposing my content was the best way to start!! 300 subscribers isn’t “a lot” but for not having to put more time into creating I’LL TAKE IT. Thank you for this, been taking notes like crazy on your videos, such great information!! 👏🏼

This channel is amazing. I bought my equipment with the help of this channel and I’m glad I started my channel yesterday. Thanks for all the work you put in.

Hey Sean, you have inspired me to set up a TH-cam channel tomorrow and start posting videos. I'm 68 and starving trying to survive on $500 a month social security, and I'm searching any way to make some money, but still not sure how. I'm a talented artist and enjoy teaching others a simple method that will make them talented artists also, so I'll start there by helping others as I keep praying and searching how I can help myself survive. You're an awesome inspirational and motivational speaker and I'll keep watching you and study all you are saying. Thanks, Steve

I needed this reminder. I am getting overwhelmed with how much there is to do in limited time, especially on multiple platforms. I love creating TH-cam, I just need to be smart about how I can condense my content into smaller chunks that make steps 2-4 much quicker so I can see organic growth.
I uploaded my first video this year and I’m so glad I did it there’s a feeling you get what I’ve never experienced gonna keep going cos I just love making content 😊 hope everyone has a great year
I am now realizing that I have watched this channel from when you didn't have grew hair videos to grew hair but it seems I am not growing. This is a punch. I will not promise that 2024 will be the year but it's a decision.
For me, i love video editing, it' become like playing a video game to me. I'm currently struggling with learning how to use my voice while recording. I don't want to sound like i'm down, but don't want to sound like im trying too hard to put energy in my voice. I also don't have structure when making my videos. I just be going as i edit, thinking of the next thing to say in my videos. I still have moments where i just rush the video cause i don't have structure, and can't think of what to say next. While editing, i be having feeling like i should rush, instead of taking my time to make sure i do everything i need to. These are things im struggling with currently, and just wanted to be open for those who read this, and going through similar things like me. Got to keep going, and be consistent !
I really love the idea of the purpose of using Think Media Podcast to create long form videos than getting clips from those long term, evergreen videos into shorter videos. That is indeed very smart and definitely a proper path.
I have been following you for a few years. This video hit home when you finally used a fishing channel for an example! There are many and it's hard to compete with these huge channels.
I’m making a pivot away from my gaming channel going into next year. I uploaded once a week for an entire year. Saw some awesome growth but my main take away was learning how to edit, structure and package content. This next year I’m gonna try and produce the content that I’m truly passionate about 🎉
I am nearly completing my pivot away from what my channel has been (transportation) to gaming, and I’ve not yet monetized my channel. What lessons have you learned from running a gaming channel that I can keep in mind so that I can be successful in it?
Whats UP! I've been making youtube videos for 5 years now, only 200subs. Over 200 videos made to date. Sleeping on couches and mostly my car the last year. I'm ready to take my youtube channel seriously. I travel the world with very little money depending on the kindness of strangers. I've got loads to teach. I'm headed to santa cruz next. i've got $100 in my pocket, a laptop, and a camera. My goal is to hit 1 million subs by the end of the year. Sean, team up with me and let's do this.
I always enjoying watching these type of videos as it just reinforces what needs to be done, reminds me that it is not easy as some ppl would have you believe and motivates me to carry on. Cheers!

thank you for sharing with us the formula to help us towards our online success !! gonna start working on baby steps to lead me towards growing a youtube channel
This is so right on point. I wish I saw this before uploading my first video last night. I was doing it totally different. Thanks for the reco, yt! Yt knows what I need 💯
Just recently restarted my cleaning channel, and even though I haven't gotten any views on my videos that I posted, I will keep trying! Wish me luck! 😭 I am hoping I can be successful with YT!
2024 NEEDS to be the year l start a TH-cam channel!!!! i've been hesitating for too long but i am just going to go for it this year and no ONE is stoping me so if you saw this it's a sign to do what you want NOW
Great video. Starting and growing your channel is definitely the toughest part, but the thing is that you need to give viewers the content they want to see, the content they can't live without. Same like business owners give people products they need in their life. Also you have to stay hard working and consistent (and you should also use a little bit of Famester to make everything a lot easier. For me, it feels like I am in control of everything and I don't need to worry about algorithms anymore). Good luck to everybody.
I'm a TH-cam enthusiast and a seasoned video editor that is proficient in Adobe premier pro software and after effects ... I create engaging videos that captivates TH-cam users and helps you raise the right engagements from them
You guys always give such great and helpful information. I'm doing it ugly right now and I still need more practice and a editor. But I'm not letting fear hold me back
Same :) Just planned the "media presence" for 2024 and keep surfing over those kind of videos... But I think we should try. Nothing to loose for trying, except embarrassment if any of friends gonna see the first vid xD
I started my own few tears ago, at first; i didnt take it serious, but now i am dedicating my time, Resource and Energy just to see my channel grows. Wish me luck guys. and help me with meaningful advices that will help me in boosting my channel.
I'm not sure if you all have ever addressed this on your channel, but I was wondering what would be the best course of action if we want to start making videos again? I've had this TH-cam account for several years and I have older videos on my channel. I want to beginning posting videos again. Should I start from scratch with a new channel or is it okay to use the channel I already have?
There is something in YT called branding-I am interested in learning more with Pros and Cons please. YT somehow 'did' this perhaps to protect me? Also, I have heard 'not to use your real name' but perhaps that is industry specific advice for comments?
I always had an inkling feeling that i wouldn't grow as fast as the others, but that's okay! I have paved a way and a foundation to get the channel going, but it is still going to take some time and I know that in the long run, one day someone might discover one of my videos which can and will trigger the rest because -- content is king! I only just begun putting videos with value in them. It seems discouraging when you first begin because you aren't growing as fast as you like, my category doesn't fall under my the most desirable and trending niche. Just realize that if you know you made great content, you already are confident it'll go well but doesn't have that exposure to drive you forward as of yet, over time that great quality content that you have made and build time and time again will benefit you greatly in that long run! All it requires is that spark. Stay strong, my fellow content creators! 💕💕💕👏👏👏😎😎😎

To the person who's reading this, dont give up on your channel. KEEP GOING! Don't give up.
It gets really discouraging
Trying and trying
Hello!
I started in May! Was very inconsistent as I burnt out after I hit 1k subs and 4000 hours…
Setting more long term goals now
Next stop: 5k

Can I help
Great video. Starting and growing your channel is definitely the toughest part, but the thing is that you need to give viewers the content they want to see, the content they can't live without. Same like business owners give people products they need in their life. Also you have to stay hard working and consistent (and you should also use a little bit of Famester to make everything a lot easier. For me, it feels like I am in control of everything and I don't need to worry about algorithms anymore). Good luck to everybody.

Lowkey in the same boat.. I'm not sure if keeping my Current channel will set me back or if I should just start out new? does it make a difference?
As a VRA student I think this is a great quick breakdown of the VRA system.
