Do you have a video on how to get the USB to play I keep getting an error file type is unsupported , the file extension is incorrect. By chance??
I seem to have same issues. I have microphone on camera. Nvr is enabled. I do play pack and sound and video all good. I put on usb the backup and no sound when playing but video . My phone can do it but not the nvr. I just cant seem to trasfer the videos from hikvision app backup videos to computer. But they work with audio and video. I downloaded on computer the hikvision software and it doesn't show sound either but video. Seems to work only on tablets and phones to get audio back up but i cant transfer them to computer to put on usb. Cant find anyone that knows aout there. Tha ks for your videos
That is interesting. Most of my audio cameras have micro sd cards and I playback through those and don't even use NVR's anymore unless it is a large install (more than 16 cameras). I will try to find an older location with the IP camera going through the NVR and download via USB to see if the audio works. Is the NVR networked so you can download to IVMS-4200 and get the footage with audio that way?
