HANK WERE DID U GET THE HITCH VICE.
There’s enough water to fill the swimming pool
Thumbs up from me on this one! If you guys get this thing to run after all that water it'll be my favorite revival since that big Tractor at the chicken farm!!!
It will be crazy for sure. We've got some updates coming out soon on it
I can’t really speak for anybody else about the amount of time I spend watching your videos. I really like you guys in your videos. You are knowledgeable and comical, which makes watching you enjoyable. I work six days a week 12 hours a day and only get to watch a few videos on the weekends, sometimes I watch yours sometimes I watch others I can’t really say that there’s anything that makes me watch one video over another, I just watch when I’m in the mood for at the time, and if I happen to see one of your videos, I watch it.
I love ❤️ those skidder videos, those are my favorites..Each skidder has different challenges for you and wiley and that is what I like...
Love the truck and how it turned out. Might consider sides that slip on. for containing loose stuff. Take care both of you. Love the show.
Thank you
If ya was to pull the valve covers and just tap on those valves letting the water squirt out of the cylinders, it sure would be better than bending rods.... bump it a bit... then tap on the valves and let the pressure off
Hank, did you know that if you take the screw driver bit out of it's socket, you can use the hex that the bit came out of on the nut on the hose clamp instead of the standard flat head. It works better than the screwdriver.
Yep
Yeah. If the hose clamp has a 1/4" adjuster screw in it. And the vast majority of them are 5/16" or 8mm. Then depending on the driver handle you have and the quality of said tool you may just end up with a turd that you can't put any bit in. But the 5 and 6 in one drivers are made for that. This is just a warning for the uneducated and ignorant people out there. And Lord have mercy I never knew there were so many of them in this Country. I'm surprised most people made it past the age of 5. Doesn't anyone teach their children anything anymore. I watched and paid attention intently to every thing my Dad and Grandparents did. Because I was a sponge and wanted to learn everything I could. Ànd still do. In first grade they put me in the retard reading class. Because I could care less about Jan and Ted and the color of their ball. I checked out books from the highschool side of the library and Hot Rod Magazine of course.
Congratulations Hank & Wiley - making it to 300k subscribers
Hank,
All I can say is holy moly, that water flow was astonishing for sure.
I like the old steers wheel and knob.
Be well
Better pull the injectors, as it appears that you probably have hydrostatic lock. With as much water as came out, the probability of water in the cylinders is extremely high, and if you get it to turn over, you’ll likely bend or break a connecting rod.
Keep your notification bell on… more to come
@@Hfoutdoorsyt I was going to say
the same thing.
😣I closed my eyes tight and crossed my fingers 🤞when you cranked it over without pulling the injectors
😮It don't take much to hydraulic a piston and bend a rod. While loading a D4 one rainy day I slid off the side of the trailer and turns the dozer over on its side. I immediately shut it down and pulled the dozer back, over using the truck. I had the good sense to call the boss. When he got there, first thing he asked was ..."Did you try to start it after you turned it back over !?" NOPE! Thank goodness 😓That was my first experience with hydraulicing a cylinder. It wasn't 15 minutes before he had pulled the injectors and spun the oil out of the cylinders.
@@Fatamus it’s not hydraulicing It’s hydro locking lol
WOW! You just made me sneeze coffee out my nose, I laughed so hard. Must be a fancy pants skidder, comes with a drinking fountain for those hot thirsty days!
The top of the engine is probably Hydro locked from all the water that was in it always be careful turning engines like this over you could bend or break a rod or piston.
I doubt it’s hydro like probably beyond that
How the hell all that water gets into that engine? WOW!! Working on cars and trucks is never easy. My body aches just watching you two.
Crazy aint it!
Thanks!
I truly appreciate your generosity!
I really enjoy your video me and dad wars getting ready to work in the garden with the tractor I got on to start it and dad was checking the oil he said this thing is making oil we watch your videos all the time be safe
Lol. It’s definitely catchy
Is that skidder or a submarine you're trying to start. Geeesh that was a lot of water. If that were in Minnesota that engine block would have froze and cracked all to pieces.
*Keep on tractoring!* 😀👍
I hear ya
Looks like its trying to give itself a bath or it had to relieveitselfafter setting for so long. Just needed someone to pull its stick out. Had to come watch this ome before I watch the second and third part. Glad you mentioned it in the third video. For some reason I haven't been getting notifications from TH-cam.
Is that an engine or a water fountain??? 😂😂😂 Goodness, gracious alive!! Wow! If that runs I'll be amazed. Thanks for sharing Hank and Wily!!
I think it will run once you break the hydro lock on the cylinders. Hope you have a second video finishing the the job would like to see it run 👍
We have been back already..stay tuned
Other folks was like me in that with the drone shots they saw the buzzards following yall in to the job and knew what was coming. Digestive tracts was the ONLY thing running on this deal. Can't believe yall would haul than much water and pour that block full just to go EAT but here I am and mowing grass. God Bless!
Teamwork makes the Dream work! Good Job!👏 👍🏼🇺🇸
Got a 64 D6 that hasn’t started in around 12-15 years, y’all are welcome to come crank it lol TN
Y’all are hilarious and great fun to watch!! Keep up the hard work
I love it! That dipstick part was most excellent 🤣You guys are so nice your a pleasure to watch..
Thank you
Hank, you are a farmer, and in farmer fashion, the vise grips and Cresent wrench are correct tools .
Hi Hank just thought I'd let you know I enjoy watching your videos I live in Peterborough UK thats only 18 miles from where you were based in Alconbury keep up the good work phil 😊
Loved that place!
Hey hank they got ratcheting adjustable wrenches out now. Witch are basically crescent wrenches that ratchet & pivot & have A extender handle on them to. You Hank& Wiley would definitely benefit from those on y'all's videos for sure. There online though you just half to key word search ratcheting wrenches then tap the magnifying symbol to access it in your 🔍 search. I found them for y'all now.
I’ll check it out!
It's 2am in WV. Just got home from work. I just want to medicate and celebrate this new video
🎉 now that's when you say... She is making some water....🎉😂... Love you guys thank you for the videos....❤... JJ... Jonjon...
I watch ever video y'all make and have went back on the videos from before I subscribed. God Bless y'all and stay safe!!
Thank you
1. Great video. 2 How can you NOT bring large size tools with you on a machine you know requires it? 3. You guys are a laugh a minute. 4. Great comedic timing despite the challenges. I'm looking forward to part 2.
You two give a new meaning to the word PATIENT 😂😂😂😂
Loved the video 👍👍👍👍
Nice work boys thank you for sharing this 😊😊😊
Boy your tool collection sure has expanded since the days of the crescent wrench. 😮
Hank you and Wiley are awesome didn't know that skidders come with a built-in water fountain ha ha ha no really that's a first time I've seen one that full of water
lol
Yes sir,,,, I have taken the skid plate off to change the oil
I can't even believe that thing will turn over. Incredible!
Shocking! I’m sure we’re gonna get it to run😂
@@Hfoutdoorsyt SURE you are.
Thanks guys, we are giving that a "W"

😂Hi Hank and wily it's me Dale Popiel man I love your channel keep your videos coming you both make me laugh
Nice video you two guys have more fun than the law allows.........interesting stuff guys love the dipstick drinking fountain new to me never seen that myself.
I had the exact same thing happen when I went to start my old international tractor after it sat all year. A hole rusted in a cup on the muffler and completely filled the engine with water.
Awesome video, Hank. I appreciate you guys 👍
you have know God Bless you both
you guys are great together.
Western truck and tractor repair. Warren is straight up. Enjoy
Great Hank an Wiley! Unbelievable water.
Hey guys!! Greetings from South Africa!! Thank you for making all of these awesome videos! I thoroughly enjoy the banter between you two guys, and Hank's corny jokes 😂 You guys are the best!

On the will it start
I love watching your videos very much
I'm in the middle of restoring an old petter ava 1 engine on a dumper which was sat out for only a yr in the UK, I had that exact same thing happen! 😅 not flowing for as long as yours and the engine has never ran since...
crazy
😊 I will!! 😂I like 👍 to Laughing 😃, I get a kick out of you 2 Guys 👬 !!!!!
It’s the Hank and Wiley comedy hr😢😢😢😢😢😢😢………..keep rolling!!!!!!
That's a very new skidder compared to what we use up here in Ontario
Save the water from the engine for Arizona... I hear they have water problems from time to time. Just remember where you buried the water and the next time Arizona needs some water we'll go dig it up. 🤣😂🤣
At first I thought you were pulling my leg and had a garden hose hooked up ... 😉👍
That was a lot of water
in Nova Scotia, Canada....love these guys and their videos; am I the only one that has a difficult time downloading the videos? lots of pauses and the circle search thing going on
100:48 I have used carbon rod and a mold to reshape the defective terminal on a battery , utilizing it's own amperage. Like a one handed jumper cable, one end a big alligator clip and the other end had a handle that held a carbon rod (like they use for arc burning) and it will melt the terminal and additional lead to make a new post. (Beware doing it excessively or with out a fan to blow away the hydrogen that might be generated may result in an explosion) But it works , I have done it. I made my molds out of clay ,making a ceramic mold , but today with high temp silicone it would have to be easier. Good Luck ! Keep up the good work !
I'm just at the very beginning, they geyser.. I'm thinking (and I'm sure y'all explain it, but still) rain must've gotten in there from the top, pushed down in there must have filled the entire crankcase and i'm guessing it pushed the oil all the way up to the very top top, since water is heavier than oil.. I mean this is unreal, i've opened plenty of motors with water in them, but not ever once like this one!! Wow.. I can't WAIT to see how it goes for you guys, but i sure do have faith you'll get it up and running!
Good Morning
Yuuuhu wow Keren sekali
Thanks you for showing
I have small wheels that snap into the sockets and the back side for Allen wrenches.
Love your videos 💟
"Kinda like you're older sister..... !!!!" BAHAHAHAHAH that is why i love these videos!! Thank you very much for my daily laugh Love the both of you1
Ummmmm, thank you for your APPRECIATION to your subscribers Hank
Need to put Wiley's page in penned comments Hank enjoy you too starting equipment together.
PS Absolutely Love the Hats 💟💟
U guys rock all ways fun to watch u in action 👍😎
over here in England UK, its still 11C. and we got snow fall to look forward to next week 👈👺👀👀
That's what used to happen to us up here in here in Canada every time the US flooded they were shipping those vehicles up to us and taking ours back it didn't make sense but we put a stop to it that's why there's no oil in that thing because it's been underwater but you might may go to all right on it as long as you are willing to go over it in shop and please don't ship it to Canada LOL😊😊
Best part of the video is the Black Lab. Love those dogs!!
I love my buddy!
@@Hfoutdoorsyt It’s quite evident the pooch loves his daddy too!
I always wondered how much rain can get down an uncovered intake or exhaust!
Good job and God bless yall
Thank you sir
I watch the ones that interest me , mainly ones that you guys start old ass equipment in the woods.
You will never go thirsty in your adventures, you would make a well driller jealous.
Holy water. That things making water! 😂
Pull the injectors. Water is on top of the pistons
Lol you two are like brothers
Great video as always 👌
Flip your vice upside down and then you will have a better step
I wouldn’t mind doing a will it start with these fellars heck I’d even get breakfast 😂 Hamiltonville ain’t fars from me fellars
I just have to laugh at Hank he put the step on the black Betty and said I put this on here for the old man meaning Wiley and Hank was the only one using it lol I thought it was funny thank you love those two they are awesome together
Lol
😂 that’s wild That thangs makin water🤣
I thought that it was going to fill a swimming pool, it will run, water kinda protected internals thats why its not locked up. But you hydro locked it, cant turn anymore cuz all cylinders doesnt have a open valve in same moment probably 2 of them locked, easy way to get rid of it is pulling injectors out on diesels and cranking it few min. Glove plugs can do the job too but injectors has bigger holes. You would make it run in this video actually smiles. Good video anyway..
Great entertainment!
Never seen anything like that before
If this had posted on April 1, I woulda thought you had a garden hose on the other side pumping water into the pan as a prank. That block was as full as any engine could be. I can’t think of a good explanation of how that happened. But it made a good show to watch. 🥸👍🔧🔨✅
Love it yall!
I've seen water inside pulling dip stick not like that crazzy in some of are old gas tractors I've seen them fill with gas
its always that way, some rotten little bolt head or screw way down some place that's awkward to reach, can't see it and nothing that fits will fit in that little place....more or less. a dip stick water geyser is new to me never seen that till now. good stuff.
Hank you're huffing and puffing as much as the dog LOL 😂 Next thing you know Hanks a millionaire with he water gusher 😂
When I was a very young in my home town Alabama had a black dog just like that Hank where is Wiley e coyote 🐺 up 😂
Maybe next time you see the water reservoir full Run Forest Run lol great try though 👍👋🇨🇦
Take the injectors out to let water out of top of pistons same as you would spark plugs . I will be 70 at the end of the year so its nice to hang out with you old dudes. some words of wisdom : don't take a sleeping pill if you have taken your laxative on the same night .
1/4 inch shallow 1/4 socket or a 1/4 inch wrench fits those bit drivers
All that water was something good job guy's
That looks deliberate
Its making water
Why is equipment abandoned like this, when we are finished a logging job,all equipment goes home, running or not.
What model skidder is this?
Pull the injectors there is water on top of the piston hydraulic lock. Only recorse.
100k went to dontbewily Hank !
Wily is pissed off after the geyser opened up !! These are great videos you two put out and all of them will be forever !
Pull the injectors get the water out of everything
