All organic, grass-fed, and local when possible. I also eat my meat pretty raw (almost blue rare) and i enjoy fully raw meat dishes from time to time like steak tartare or drinking raw eggs. I did this same diet, but 100% raw for 4 months at the beginning of last year. So about 1-1.5lbs of raw meat/organs per day with raw milk, raw honey, raw butter, and raw fruits. It was truly the best i have ever felt in my life and it also fixed a lot of mental and emotional problems i used to have. I only stopped because i got bored with it and i am addicted to intense flavors (like most of us these days lol) and also because it made it really hard to go out with friends and family. Right now i eat the same exact way i used to except I sear my meat and use seasonings, but i still believe that raw meat is the optimal human diet. I would say that if you want to have the best chances of increasing your looks and height, a high quality raw meat diet will by far be your best bet.

Having a circle of (genuine) friends is the traditional way where people find will partners, be it one of your friends, or one of your friends friends, simple effect of socialization. I got mine after noticing i was getting attached to one of my female friends, and fell in love, after noticing her female friends throwing shade hinting that she might like me, i pounced, it worked. First love of both and we grew into adulthood together. And i'm just average, and also a nerd and introverted whose number of friends i can coun't in my fingers, but still genuine friends, and despite my introvert self, i followed my instincts and went after the girl that i fell in love with and that looked like she liked me too. You will not get into those situations without a social circle, you will either miss the cues, or get isolated. 29 years old now, started at 18.

Plastic surgery can be used to fix one or two big flaws, like having a giant hook nose or dumbo ears, but it cannot correct for a lot of tiny defects. Why? Harmony. The more plastic surgery you have, the more your features become distorted and assymetric and freakish. This is why EVERYONE that as 10+ plastic surgeries in an attempt to cheat Natuire and become beautiful end up even uglier than before. And even orthopedic surgery has it's limits. You *cannot* turn an ugly person into a beautiful person. Turning a 4/10 into an 8/10 is not possible. Why? Because doing that would require you to not only have plastic surgery to your lips, nose, ears and eye area, but it would also require you to break all the bones of your skull and face to reshape them. The problem here are 3 fold: 1. Bone reshaping surgery is extremely hard on the body and you would not be able to survive so many of them. 2. Each one of these surgeries costs tens of thousands of Dollars. You need to be a millionaire to afford that many because insurance doesn't cover it. 3. Orthopedic(bone reshapng) surgery is limited by your brain. Your brain lies inside your skull. Trying to break and reshape all the bones in your face and skull could severely damage the brain. All organic, grass-fed, and local when possible. I also eat my meat pretty raw (almost blue rare) and i enjoy fully raw meat dishes from time to time like steak tartare or drinking raw eggs. I did this same diet, but 100% raw for 4 months at the beginning of last year. So about 1-1.5lbs of raw meat/organs per day with raw milk, raw honey, raw butter, and raw fruits. It was truly the best i have ever felt in my life and it also fixed a lot of mental and emotional problems i used to have. I only stopped because i got bored with it and i am addicted to intense flavors (like most of us these days lol) and also because it made it really hard to go out with friends and family. Right now i eat the same exact way i used to except I sear my meat and use seasonings, but i still believe that raw meat is the optimal human diet. I would say that if you want to have the best chances of increasing your looks and height, a high quality raw meat diet will by far be your best bet.

I have experienced teen "love" 3 times, and 2 more time in university, probably because I was tall and had a decent face. (long read)As a 44 year-old man, I have no problems admitting that it's over for me. But the problem that I have with the "lookism" community is that they are delusional about what they can actually improve in terms of looks.
Here is the FACT: at least 80% if not 95% of your looks is genetic. There is very, VERY little that you can do to improve your looks.
You can improve your looks by only 2-3% with softmaxxing techniques. Most of what you can do is to wear clothes that flatter your waist-to-shoulder ratio, and to get a hair cut that shows your skull shape and facial angles in the most favorable way. That's it. That's literally it.
Most of ehat can be done involves plastic surgery and orthopedic surgery, and even these have limits. Plastic surgery can be used to fix one or two big flaws, like having a giant hook nose or dumbo ears, but it cannot correct for a lot of tiny defects. Why? Harmony. The more plastic surgery you have, the more your features become distorted and assymetric and freakish. This is why EVERYONE that as 10+ plastic surgeries in an attempt to cheat Natuire and become beautiful end up even uglier than before. Their BALANCE is ththrown off so badly that they end up looking worse than before. Like Francisco Lachowski said:

I spoke to my dentist, who is also an orthopedic surgeon, and he told me that the person will have their mouth shut by wires for a whole month and will eat through straws; He told me that this surgery is only recommended for people with severe jaw deformities, because one of the side effects is not be able to chew ever again.
And even orthopedic surgery has it's limits. You *cannot* turn an ugly person into a beautiful person. Turning a 4/10 into an 8/10 is not possible. Why? Because doing that would require you to not only have plastic surgery to your lips, nose, ears and eye area, but it would also require you to break all the bones of your skull and face to reshape them. The problem here are 3 fold:
1. Bone reshaping surgery is extremely hard on the body and you would not be able to survive so many of them.
2. Each one of these surgeries costs tens of thousands of Dollars. You need to be a millionaire to afford that many because insurance doesn't cover it.
3. Orthopedic(bone reshapng) surgery is limited by your brain. Your brain lies inside your skull. Trying to break and reshape all the bones in your face and skull could severely damage the brain.
Also, the owner of this channel doesn't understand that genes still beat age most of the time. For instance, at least 99% of young girls would still prefer 50 year-old Hernan Drago over your average 20 year-old Even though he is way, way, WAY past his prime, most young women would still prefer him because breeding is about genes and not youth! Omg this video is exactly what I am going through right now.... So let me tell you my story. I am 36 year old virgin. When I was younger I wasnt really unattractive I would say but my confidence was non existent. I had crooked teeth and I hated my penis I thought its too small. So I pretty much gave up on women throughout my teens up until late twenties. As a 20 yr old guy that went to an only boys school and never had any female contact in my life, i feel lost. Even more considering that after HS i got sick and couldnt attend college. Then when i finally recovered i had to take college entrance exam again and im gonna start college in 2025.
