    You need to quit while you're ahead. Your hair looks great. It looks natural. You'll drive yourself mad seeking perfection.

    Mate that looks amazing, very natural which cannot be said about a lot of hair transplants. I’m 7.5 months post transplant in Turkey but I needed a lot more grafts than you as I was Norwood 6 so had 2 surgeries over 2 days. Decent enough results but mid-scalp lacks density so think I’ll have to go for another one if my donor allows in a year or so

    If anything it’s too good. You got a procedure from one of the best doctors out there. Enjoy the journey.

    Looks perfect
    I wouldn’t get anymore for now as you run the risk of it looking unnatural
    Slight gaps can mean scars etc (not always balding). But I doubt anyone would notice unless they were looking for imperfections
    Very very successful result. Should do some styling tips etc with the hair and beard or video collabs with others who have had a HT 👍🏻

    Mate with respect it looks great. You literally have no visible signs of balding whatsoever. literally no one other than yourself will pick up on the areas you pointed to. I've seen thousands of transplants at this point, so would say if it was worth going getting more grafts, but right now you risk surgical complications for limited upside.
    Wait a few years and see how you're doing then.

    Just came across your channel after having my hair transplant 4 weeks ago. If mines looks anywhere near as good as yours I'll be happy. Mine looked awful at the moment 😂

      Haha the shedding stage is grim, but it’ll be worth it mate. Month 4 to 5 is where you’ll see a big difference.

    Looking really good!
    Do you know if the transplanted hairs are permanent, and not affected by DHT?

    • @DTJ2024
      @DTJ2024 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      They are from the part of the head that is least prone to loss so it is very unlikely to fall
      Couple with finasteride/Dutasteride, this will keep the existing hairs from being lost

    Out of curiosity, how old are you & has finasteride been side-effect free for you all these years?
    I personally think your new hairline shape looks great, but could do with a tiny bit more density. Maybe a touch-up procedure of ~500 grafts intelligently placed will give it a truly finished look.
    Greats videos btw!

      34 now. Had achey balls on two occasions. Not 100% sure if brain fog is a thing but I definitely think my memory is worse now. No sexual side effects though.

    • @MrMoeqt
      @MrMoeqt ปีที่แล้ว

      @HairlineConfessions I also had achey balls intermittently when I began oral fin a few years back. I ultimately had to stop due to accumulating sides. I'm currently set to take Dutasteride Mesotherapy with Dr. Therianou in London. All the research I've been able to amass suggests it's very effective whilst having a much friendlier side effect profile. Quite a few hair transplant clinics in Spain have now made it their policy to give patients Dut Meso instead of Oral Fin post-transplant. It might be worth looking into for yourself!
      Great results overall btw. With or without a touch-up procedure, your hair is definitely lightyears improved from where it started.

    Perfect isn’t natural. It looks fine mate

    The little perimeter of “see through” at the front is something surgeons purposely include in their designs. Apparently most people’s natural hair has that little transition zone at the front that’s less dense. Personally, my hair doesn’t. If I pull my hair back it’s all completely opaque right down to the front row of hairs. But I guess I’m in the minority of people with really dense hair.

  • @c4lv0oox2
    @c4lv0oox2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Thanks for sharing your journey, you help many people doing that. The main issue with your transplant may not be a matter of density but rather a problem with angles: as many other Mwamba's cases, your hair has been implanted in "high angles" which may prevent your result from looking more natural.

      @@HairlineConfessions Haha that makes sense! Appreciate the response. Are you happy with the density of the 1200 newly transplanted grafts?

    • @HairlineConfessions
      @HairlineConfessions  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m happier than I was at 8 months but I still think it’s a bit too see-through at the front on my right side. Everyone keeps saying it looks great but I obviously see it in different lighting. Got some pictures that highlight it more that I’ll include in my next video.

      @@HairlineConfessions good to hear, maybe a few hundred grafts will do the trick for you. But keep in mind perfection is sometimes impossible to achieve ;)
      But if it feels right just go for it!
      I'm looking for a surgeon specialised in hairlines aswell because that is the only area i'm balding at. Looking forward to the next vid!

  • @samali6109

    Have you tried any styles that don't showcase the hairline ? my transplant was a bit see through at the front and i've been rocking a cropped fringe on top since which not only covers the hairline but gives an illusion of density, your current style draws attention to the hairline more, only saying that as you've mentioned it btw because i'd bite your hand off for your hairline lol.

    • @HairlineConfessions
      @HairlineConfessions  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m actually growing my hair longer so I can show it off even more! Haha. I want it slicked back, 1920s style. Google ‘Jimmy Darmody’ - that’s what I’m aiming for.

    at least now u have hair. Make some improvment in 10 years but don't go to Mwamba. Take for the next time Couto. Mwamba had three good results and thats how he build an online carrier mate. Nothing special and overrated - just check some forums.
    U had a good starting point overall after Turkey so for the next fiew years just enjoy life :) !

    If I was you Id get an extra 800 in the front. It needs shape not density
