Brad2Penske the more I see of interviews with Harmon, the more he seems like a cross between the worst parts of Harvey Weinstein, John Lovitz and Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons: huge ego, dictatorial attitude and happy to throw anyone under the bus to make sure he can claim victim status in any bad situation, despite instigating most of them. Chevy had a reputation for being difficult, but in later interviews, McHale and others start to stand up for him - the fact Harmon played personal voicemails from Chevy to 100 crew members and thought it would be funny to get them to chant “fuck you Chevy” says a lot.
Chance Hooper yeah they are both douchebags but Chevy is definitely the worst of the two. Most of the actors that work with Dan have almost only good things to say. But almost everywhere Chevy goes he seems to make people angry.
@@charlienaish447 It seems like they're both big eccentric characters that want to be in charge, but because Harmon was in charge when the conflict arose Chevy was bound to seem like the bad guy. Not that he seems like the perfect guy, just never really see people stick up for him at all. If anything, it paints him that much more certainly as the asshole. After all, as Chevy often likes to remind his surroundings, he's been in show business the longest. Gonzalo Ferreira Abed: "Excuse me. You're everything my friend needs"
I would definitely watch an entire series based on specifically this, would love a L.A.R.P. sitcom too
3:40 He went from directing this, to the highest-grossing movie of all time! He also got recognized by Marvel from this.
what makes community so great is how we got brilliant actors and directors, with out the mind of Dan harmon or the visual sense of the russo brothers, this wouldnt be possible.
The Russo Brothers and Dan Harmon had such a phenomenal run and you can tell a lot of it carried over to Rick and Morty. As a whole, it was phenomenal. Even the seasons prior to Troy leaving 😭 the love this show has gotten, i bet my middle testacle that either a movie ir 7th season is being mad just because of the slack on Rick and Morty and Avengers movies.
+ Busy Phillips and Dan Byrd from Cougar Town were in this episode as extras when Greendale won
Anyone who says abed isn’t the coolest most cinematic character in the paintball episodes is wrong
One of the best episodes i've seen in my life.
Allison Brie: You couldn’t do a season of paintball
Ken Jeong: ... but did you tryyyyy?
Awwwwwwww i miss this show. It makes me so happy. Not enough love but ever one loves the office. The world is sad
Those hours sound nuts, but seeing the end result, I'm really glad the cast thought it was worth it. :)))
Wow, after watching this show again on Netflix, from a when I would watch it 10:00 in the morning during summer when I was in 6th grade, all of the jokes make more sense to me (cus I’m a young adult at this point) butI would watch it in secret because I didn’t think my parents would approve (they were really strict) but I wouldn’t watch it because it was fun to go behind my parents back, no... I really enjoyed this show and even though I didn’t get most of the jokes or what was really happening, it was one of the first shows I genuinely had a liken too. This is part of my childhood, and that’s just crazy to me. I’m glad it’s getting into the spotlight again. Love this show.
Oh man, what I would give for a full version of that interview with Alison and Danny at the end. XD
“I think I look dashing” ☺️ he always does
You can't fool us, that's a stuntwoman jumping in the window. All Allison had to do is stand up.
Just watched this show for the first time in the last month or two. Kinda crazy how ahead of its time it was. 6 seasons and a movie!
Well, can't blame C.C. Complaining about the hours now
Glad Community is trending again and getting the love it deserves
Their irl voices sound so different from their characters here. Especially Shirley and Annie.
That is partly because the actresses for Shirley and Annie put on certain affectation in their speech when in character. The other part is because this video is pitch shifted up to avoid a copy right strike from youtube (which is why the other casts members sound more nasally than usual).
Y’all produced the best sit con ever I live y’all so much 😭✨🌿❤️❤️❤️💪🙏
6:03 jeff in the backround
Annie: Stop trying to be Han Solo. It's making me embarrassed for you.
But on the inside she was dying for it. She just wanted it to be Jeff
I miss this Donald.
We all do 😣
? Care to elaborate? If you bothered to actually keep up with him you’d be able to see he’s still as goofy and charming as he was during his Community days, it’s so tiring seeing people mention stuff like this on every video or article lol
Watch him on the darkest timeline podcast reunion they did. Literally was putting up pictures of kermits penis as his zoom background. He’s still a fun guy.
he went on to make freakin Atlanta , i think he is still funny and doing his thing.
@@vr3142 I feel like respecting Donald Glover as a person also comes with understanding "his dark phase" if there was any. The fact that someone wanted the "old-version" of someone is immature and disrespectful.
Allison and Danny's chemistry is so amazing in this episode
Donald Glover was making albums while working so many hours, he truly cared about his music
Community is actually the greatest show ever
