This is the absolute best presentation on recent accommodations and mental illness and I've ever seen. Too bad every organization did not have a person like you with such empathy and willingness to help their employees. I asked for FMLA and reasonable accommodations at least a dozen times and I was denied pain under investigation put under investigation a second time I had to constructively discharge

I really feel like they’re trying to railroad me out of this job. There is a thing called an attendance tracker, and they will just go after me like buzzards. I just can’t explain to you. I can’t control traffic or car accidents in my work requires me to travel, and From Lawrence to Milton or Abington Massachusetts during lunch hour it really literally takes about four hours to get there. Or if there’s a car accident in the morning doesn’t matter what time you leave it could be dark they just don’t care so I didn’t know about the attendance tracker and I really enjoyed the job because trying to get off you know this who wants to be at Ssi Food food stamps you know I have no meds my stupid well since that I never chose for a plan for my health well since you know I don’t I’m so lazy at this point and so miserable so basically I’ve at 10.5 and it’s the last written warning and they only gave me one verbal warning and one written warning and I’m not going to sign it. I’m just watching this because you know what I’m at my wits end, I had such a hard time learning. I really have disabilities like I’m not on meds because the damn insurance plan in mass health standard changed even if I didn’t do it with consent I could sue them too. I am ready for vengeance. I’m tired of waiting for the Lord.

I hope you got some relief. I can feel the desperation in your comment.

This is a legal compliance issue, not a special treatment issue. ❤❤❤

It is very sad How Corporate has "disability discrimination" in the handbook but not know what Mental Health Mean

What about an employee that has situational anxiety to mask wearing as well as breathing issues. Worked from home previous year was not aloud in the building without a mask on. Can they just say we aren't letting people work from home this year?

Is there a way to "revise" an original accommodation request to better fit a condition (depression/anxiety) which has greatly improved as a result of medication and talk-therapy. In other words, can I reverse my reassignment and go back to my former position now that my symptoms are controlled and manageable?
