I'm 63, and had the very same thing start during my 2nd yr. of law school. The neck pain progressively got worse over the course of about 8 yrs. of legal practice, and PT didn't work. Finally discovered yoga, and left the law profession after 10 yrs. I've been teaching yoga and meditation pretty much ever since, and everything healed nicely/went away. Oh, and I am so much happier now. :-)
