    Marc, i have 3 kinds of Sycad but i don't know their names... The ones you showed us like wings, i didn't see it here in the philippines. Thanks for introducing us a new sycad specy...

      thank you for your feedback! I already uploaded a video with the most of my cycads. In future I will produce more videos about my other encephalartos species.

    Thanks for the awesome video Marc, those Lehmannii are huge and beautiful! Do you know if they collected the pollen from that male's cone?

      Joseru Cordero thanks for your nice feedback! Yes the E. lehmanniis in the botanical garden in Cologne are really huge. I don’t know, if they collected these pollen. I was thinking about that question as well - and will try to find out.
      If I got further information, I‘ll produce a video about pollination. 👍

    May i know how to prepare a medium soil to pot this plant? I mean what types of sand or soil is better to use.

      Hi, sorry for the late reply!
      You should use pumice, Akadama, little lava stones and maybe a bit of perlite 👍

    how do you managed to grow so many tropical plants in a temperate continental climate?

      I bring most of them into a greenhouse or indoor for the cold season.

    Hi , i am in Port Elizabeth in South Africa, when we bought our house 27 years ago there were 2 of these in garden. They are quite large now and i have applied for permit for them. Could you help me with value of the plants please. The one has a 67cm tall cone
