Joseru Cordero thanks for your nice feedback! Yes the E. lehmanniis in the botanical garden in Cologne are really huge. I don’t know, if they collected these pollen. I was thinking about that question as well - and will try to find out. If I got further information, I‘ll produce a video about pollination. 👍
Hi , i am in Port Elizabeth in South Africa, when we bought our house 27 years ago there were 2 of these in garden. They are quite large now and i have applied for permit for them. Could you help me with value of the plants please. The one has a 67cm tall cone

You should use pumice, Akadama, little lava stones and maybe a bit of perlite 👍
how do you managed to grow so many tropical plants in a temperate continental climate?
I bring most of them into a greenhouse or indoor for the cold season.
