I grabbed McMillan for $1 in my league's free agent auction draft. The night before draft day I traded a 25 1st for Brian Robinson and a 26 1st, which gave me enough depth at RB to trade Rhamondre for 3 picks (25 3rd, 26 2nd, 26 3rd). Also grabbed Hockensen late for $1.25 (we have a $150 cap for the entire season) because we're switching to TEP next year and I wanted to get in early and cheap.
Rashee Rice panic never made sense. The second the court date was set for December (got this news in mid-May) it was clear he wasn't getting suspended this year. The NFL NEVER issues discipline until after the legal stuff plays out
Tried to tell u homers last year about Colts weapons being in trouble. If A_Rich just takes off and runs a bit, he’ll be fine, but as I said Pittman MUCH better off with Gardner.
Nah Pittman is still gonna eat even considering ARs inconsistencies. AR is still a very capable thrower he’s no Desmond ridder and as Pittman has proven before he can eat with any QB.
Rice is safe for now but when he misses all of next year and Dell is possibly Stroud’s favorite target, you’ll be able to pick up Rice for a warm beer.
What are you even talking about with the Green Bay backfield? AJ Dillon is not the RB2 - he got placed on IR for the season. Likewise Lloyd avoided the IR / pup and is starting the season as the actual RB2. Regardless of the pre season he is going to get work early and often this season. The Dillon news came out mid day yesterday by the way - lock it in.
Yeah, sure he is @midcontrol8464, as soon as he can ACTUALLY practice. You must have him in Fantasy or are just a packer fanboy. See how much of a fan of him you are when he is fumbling like he did in college.
I had room for one guy: Jermaine Burton or McMillan. After finding out that Burton would be WR4 behind Andrei Iosivas, I dropped him for McMillan with a $10 FAAB. FOUR other managers put in bids, but I won it (my league is very competitive). Feelin better about that now, although I was high on Burton too. It seems like Burton will take some seasoning, and the lack of playing time may limit him to a Higgins 0.5 role when he does slide into the WR2/3 role next season. McMillan could -- no guarantee whatsoever, and this is a ceiling projection -- but he *could* turn into Amon-Ra in a year or two. I'll take McMillan's savvy over Burton's tiny edge on explosiveness (0.02 sec faster 40, 2" higher vert) any day. On another note, I am RB needy, but would you recommend Burton over Dowdle/Jaleel McLaughlin/Braelon? My starting RBs are Henry and Montgomery. Also, as Colts fans, how do you feel about Pittman and AD Mitchell? I've been trying to shop them since I'm skeptical about AR, but I don't want to be selling them for cheap in the event they turn into AJ Brown/DeVonta Smith, if AR goes full Hurts under Steichen. Pittman did get 11 and 10 targets in AR's first 2 full games, which is something, lol.
Continue to love your content and the data that goes into your thoughts and analysis! Question what are your thoughts on trading for addison giving up diggs +? Not sure i totally want to punt on this season but he probably cannot be a WR 3 which i would be giving up and dont have amazing depth if i want to compete. The value is there though. Thanks!
@@thedynastydomain Appreciate you guys so much! Know i have been a disciple for awhile and will continue to be. With KTC values in my back pocket ill probably package a wandale robinson or tyler lockett + diggs to get it done. Thanks again!
As a huskies fan who watched all games, I had little doubt jalen Mc was their wr3. My problem is, how much is he really going to produce on that offense as wr3 behind Evans and Godwin with white and now Irving and also otton most likely taking a step up? (IMO)
My draft is this weekend -- I have no idea what to do at the 1.05. It's only an 8-teamer, 1 QB. Obviously the big 3 and Bowers will be 1.01-1.04. Since it's an 8-teamer, I'm looking for ceiling -- my WRs are Waddle, Flowers, Chase, Reed and RBs Cook, JT, Jacobs, Stevenson. Do y'all think Brooks would start over any of those RBs, or should I take a shot on BTJ, or go with the 4.21 guy?
Before the news broke on jahan D believing to Philadelphia I traded away Drake London for Terry, which is looking pretty good because of the trade away and also got rice
London for McLaurin and Rice...interesting...like it if you need the depth, but if you need the stud, I'd've held on to London. Dude could be a Mike Evans/Julio Jones type under Kirk, while Rice will be productive despite his underwhelming traits, like a Christian Kirk-plus. Similar to McLaurin, who is a stud in a perennially sparse pass offense.
14 team start 11 dynasty ppr, I only have Benson and Curom at rb, got an offer Javonte williams for Jameson Williams, I have Jameson and is my wr 6...should I accept?...Mims bateman dortch on the bench
Jameson Williams is @ best the FOURTH receiving option for the Lions. He is totally boom-bust and a complete dart throw. JaVonte Williams is the rb1 in Denver. Denver's offense may not be very good, for sure, however JaVonte will get a TON more touches than Jameson Williams. Should be an easy decision for you.
Trying to figure out if I should make a run at Jordan Mason on the Waiver Wire in my 12 Team 1QB Dynasty League. He was the next player up on my board when I filled my last roster spot with McMillan (who I had targeted as a must get). I'd have to cut one of the following to get Mason: Khalil Herbert Romeo Doubs TJ Hockensen JK Dobbins Geno Smith (my QB3 behind AR and Caleb) Brian Robinson I could also cut my 2nd Kicker or 2nd DB (we play IDP) but the problem with that is every player you cut carries a salary cap penalty so you have to be careful or you run out of money. Is he worth putting a waiver claim in on? And if so, who would you cut for him? Thanks!
Why do you need a second kicker lol. And I would go for Mason, cutting Herbert, who although productive, is not gonna get much burn behind Swift, not with all the weapons in Chicago and Roschon still on the roster. Could also cut Dobbins, but it's tough to say -- he's clearly the most talented Chargers back ***if healthy***. The injuries may very well have sapped his explosiveness, but if not, you're looking at a solid/strong RB2, even with Edwards vulturing ~8 TDs.
@neppows5338 based on that, I would have held Jacobs. You have a decent WR situation but its still a coin flip and Bowers still had the worst landing spot imaginable outside of KC. Best of luck tho, the QB's cook 👍🏻
Nix is gonna be "exposed" for what he really is as soon as the games count. He is already 24, has an average to below average arm that will cause him to struggle to throw deep and more importantly to drive balls to the outside hashes. And he played in a gimmick offense at Oregon against poor Pac12 defenses. Way too much uncertainty surrounding Jamar Chase right now. All things being equal he IS the best player in this deal, imo.But because of his contract 'situation', and whispers concerning Joe Burrows wrist, I wouldn't hesitate to take Tua, Nabors and the 25 first over Nix and Chase.

Then when McMillan was hurt, and missed some time, his stock went down. I will be fine sitting on him to see what happens. Sean Payton a QB whisperer 😅😅😅....we'll see. More than a few people are WHISPERING that Brees' career arc had more to do with him than it did Payton. Payton didn't do himself any favors with Russell Wilson last season to perpetuate that 'qb whisperer ' thing. Nix is his handpicked replacement so there will be NO mistaking it now. If Nix is better than league average then Payton will be praised. If he isn't then the whole 'qb whisperer ' narrative will be debunked.
i mean we said we didnt want him in dynasty but like we mentioned - he is the exact same price (slightly lower actually) as he was in May. probably would have been best to just hold.
