@@Dean-does-Stuff-81 hey Dean, is it that much better compared to the medium one? Would you get the taller one even if you weren't doing much highway at all? I'm 1.93m but like the aestethics of the smaller one a little bit better :/
@@LeDemiChef good question... it depends on your helmet I would say. I found that the lower screen gave me a strange buffering (Only small, but after 4 or 5 hours quite annoying). With the higher screen I no longer have thar, bit there is definitely noise from the screens. It is a pain, but I would say this. If you don't really like the looks, only put the screen on when riding longer distance. For short rides I think the small fly screen is just fine to be honest...
@@LeDemiChef Yeah, One of the first things I did to the bikes after heated grips, was a screen. I liked the look of the lower one, but in the end I have to admit the taller one is much much better.....
I definitely need a taller windscreen, but they are not available in the U.S. Do you have any info on where I can buy those, and possibly they will ship to the States.
Hi buddy. The ktm adventure is the exact same screen. So you only need the black part, then it will fit the smt. If I am honest, a am pretty sure you can get the parts over in America. They must have ktm dealers somewhere there. 🤔 and if not, there will be after market screen on the American market for sure, because of the adventure bikes. If you can't find any thing, let me know. May be we can send you one. Might be pricy though, with the shipping and taxed.
@@Dean-does-Stuff-81 I've been hunting for the same thing as Kevin and not having any luck. The windscreen alone (without the center bracket) is 280 USD here in the states, and there just isn't an option that includes the center bracket. I've seen the ones that include the center bracket overseas for as little as 135 euros.
Merci pour video. Justement pour les grands trajets la bulle haute est un plus value.
@@bohusterem1851 yes, for long trips, the high screen is best... but in very hot weather, the standard one is also good
Great video - thanks for putting it together!
A little update. The tallest screen is really very good. I am 1.75 m tall. And the tall screen works very well. Even in very windy conditions...

@@Dean-does-Stuff-81 thanks man!
At least it has to do something for the wind, right now it feels like boxing in a ring without any screen :s
