Tasting Il Cafe Pod | Trying Out A New Recipe

Welcome and/or welcome back to my channel! Today I am trying the Il Cafe pod and boy is it intense. But it’s also quite delicious! I also tried a new recipe today that I still need to tweak a bit but I think It paired really well with this pod. As always, thank you so much for watching today and I hope you enjoyed this video. I like the smooth taste of that capsule. When I make a latte with that one, I use 8 oz of milk. It really helps to soften some of the roasted notes. 😊
Thank you! I was definitely struggling with those roasted notes. It was better with milk but I will try it with more milk to soften it a bit more.
@@coffeeandkay5198 agreed. I also had il caffe as a latte but used 6-7oz of milk and 1 tbsp of flavored syrup. It was really good.
@@jorale2000 thank you! I’ll start there and work my way up to 8 oz if necessary. I can’t wait to play with it a bit more.
@@coffeeandkay5198 Maybe a splash or 3 (lol) of creamer? That's what I do with the intenso coffee pod. Love these videos!

Il caffe is one of my faves - so glad it’s no longer limited edition. It’s a strong one for sure, but definitely stands up to syrup and/or flavored creamers.
Yes, it was a lot at first but I like that you don’t lose the coffee flavor after adding all the extras. Definitely one I’m going to have to keep on hand.

I did this pod in a straight no frills mocha and it was so good. Definitely recommend.
