Joey rejecting Chandler’s plea to invite him on holidays and then when Chandler did get married and have a home, he went on to make a Joey room anyway. He’s a great guy, everyone needs a friend like Chandler.

Heckles died alone. There was no one to clear out his things and (to my knowledge) no one to mourn his passing beyond the upstairs neighbors he barely knew. Matthew Perry was loved by millions who never met him and possibly hundreds of people who knew him personally. He may have been physically alone at the moment of his death, but he was never truly alone in life. He had his parents and his five best friends who loved him dearly. This is a genuinely great performance from Matthew Perry. He plays the panic perfectly and it shows he had real acting ability, it's a shame he hasn't been in more dramatic roles

@@jalebi_bby8133 I don’t agree with that decision. Their friendship is special because they stayed friends. Personally would’ve liked to see a new character who has a hint of a Phoebe-esque personality and a romantic chemistry between Joey.

@@Oscar.224 He really didn't. Heckles was a crotchety recluse who no one seemed to like. He also seemed to be a hoarder and a perpetual liar. I feel the same, without a choice. A woman coming by that I see that I like and thry like me, feeling madly in love. I mean it's just hard to find people. I hot sisters and my mum, sure. But life don't stay the same. 2010s my own age group that were born 1992, 1993, are now 30 hand are set in their ways. Very isolated like some hermit stone command they follow. Not like what they once were in their 20s. Mathew had it, but when it ended, he said in his book. What now? And he was in the real world. Social limitations is a thing. And temperaments of people go thin. When you have walls and consequences. You don't want to hurt yourself or put yourself in danger. Monica also complained about being alone in season 3 and 4. If I remember correctly, she was complaining about it during Ross' wedding in London and Chandler was consoling her like he always does.
How beautifully does Friends depict the hopeless and desperate and awkward Chandler finally finding the love of his life in his very best friend, ironically it was for Joey who’d be going to Chandler’s during the holidays that too in his very own Joey Room!
Don't worry Chandler , you will find someone ( Monica ) , you'll not end up alone , only your best friend Joey will end up alone , the irony is that Joey was the one who most dated in the series and in the end he was not with anyone ( for a moment i even thought he would be with Phoebe )

This shows that you are always better than you think you are. Chandler thought he would end up alone because he thinks he's incapable of maintaining a relationship and accepting someone for who they are? Enter Monica. In Season 9, he thought he could never be a good father? He solves the tiff between Rachel and Amy (her sister) in that episode like a true awesome and good dad would.
