- Heyyyyyyy did u watch part 1?? You should tap in to last weeks video to see the first half of our week in Tampa! Buuutttt this video is the infamous track meet vlog ofc and it is finally outdoor season! And that means 400 HURDLES!! Yayyyy :) We getting back in the groove. I had an ugly race this first meet but it is the first meet. I will see you guys next week in Texas for Texas Relays!

From the metro Detroit area? I’m in the novi/brighton area.
During outdoor season do you just do the 400m hurdles? I know in indoor season you did the 600m and I think the 800m so I'm just wondering if you also did those in outdoor season aswell!
I mainly focus on the 400 hurdles but occasionally my coach will put me in an open 800 or 400!
