@@georgewallace6058 he's allowed to agree though, it's a different league and legal rules. Why pay a player who doesn't want to play for you after you gave him no number and no guaranteed role in the discussions, just waive him
@@TMPOUZI It's different league but the rules are the same and they are under the jurisdiction of FIBA. There is a good article on line explaining why Sasha can't and probably won't leave NBA this year. He is under contract and unless he decides to burn 6.6 million dollars of his own upcoming salary, Toronto doesn't benefit in any way of releasing him. In fact, he is a trade asset potentially if he is "Sooo" unhappy to play.
@@slavslavov3298 Torondo can waive him and spend this or less money on a free agent or for a player overseas. Trade usually includes other players too and it's a difficult task for a team. Who will agree on a trade like Vezenkov who wants to leave the nba. If they waive him and within 48 h nobody else in the nba claims his contract, then everyone will be happy. Vezzy will return where he wants to be, Torondo will have options and money to do accordingly. Sacramento tricked him and screwed him over. Let's not see Torondo do the same. You can't receive a trade and then give him no role, it's dishonest. It's like trying to ruin a well respected player's career at it's peek
His instincts on timing his backdoor cuts seems top notch. I can see why Raptors (w a Euro motion coach) would want this guy although it’s unclear if he’s actually playing in NBA
Most recent interview he gave in bulgarian media he said he is a player of toronto and he is yet to talk with the bossess to see what they want from him. He wants to be in the NBA but above all he just wants to play.
very good player indeed. but he only has insane 3 pt and insane IQ . I don't think a team would give him a 4 year contract 16million . If someone did , it would be a terrible decision
He has great move on space. Rest elements if NBA required since NBA has less structured offence and defence and more empty space he can develop. However it appears he wants to leave.
Maaaan Mike Brown is one of the worst coaches in league history 😂😂I hope that Vezi finds his home at the raptors franchise or elsewhere because he belongs in the nba

Finaly he left the NBA circus. He signed to Olympiakos today. Let's play real basketball again Sasha
I don’t hate this comment
He can't sign with them, he is still under contract and Toronto is not letting him go
