I went back with factory colors and factory lights on mine. The only thing I changed was the interior. I need to redo the suspension as well. You can buy the big piece for the bed floor now, too. And get chrome mirrors!
I've never seen an OBS or bull nose with painted front that looked better than the original chromed up look. Even when body colored. Not bad. Just like chrome better older and newer trucks look fine to me. Especially 60s with dark grey front against a good body paint like dark red or something.

the chrome looks better especially on the older trucks from the 70's 80' and 90's
